Have been here twice in the last month and both times our order was wrong and missing items. Definitely check your bag before driving away, I wish I had. Also the comments about the time wait are so true, waited almost 25 minutes to get through the drive thru, only 3 cars ahead of me. Will not be making the mistake of going back here again!

on 12÷2÷2015 i went out for lunch at 6:45 pm, placed my order, and i waited 20 min. i told them i only had a 30 min lunch break. after waiting 25 min i ask for a refund. when i walked in another customer said«good luck, they are way understaffed and & i was so disappointing that i had to ask for a refund». they need to stop being cheep and hire more help. it was pathetic that the cashiers had to help make food and wrap and bag. i was late coming back from lunch and i was written up for it. Needless to say, i was not happy

Always takes forever, I think once my entire order has been correct and today found out I get a smaller drink with my meal because they ran out of lids for the big cups. So the customers pay the same and get less because they don’t know how to properly replenish their stock… seems legit. Unreal!

Roaches!!! Infested with roaches! Was going thru the drive thru and waiting for my food, witnessed roaches crawling the walls! So gross!!! Do not go here! Obviously if I could see them from my car, there is a major infestation! I don’t know how the board of health has not shut this place down! And it’s pretty newly renovated! Absolutely disgusted!

While waiting online for my food at the drive thru I notice roaches crawling on the wall, and that the plastic guide for the ice machine had black mold growing on the inside. I had already paid and was going to complain, but when they handed me my drink and food a roach fell on me. I flicked it off of me and said a roach fell on me and they laughed and closed the window. I pulled away and checked my car to make sure no other roaches got in the car. I had a 8 week old puppy in the car so I couldn’t go into complain. That was the most disturbing thing I have had happen to me. I can’t beleive the women at the drive in and one of her associates laughed about it. So nasty!!!

I wish I could give this place more stars but I really can’t. They are extremely slow here. Never have enough staff. Expect to be here for a good 20 mins unless you get lucky and it’s empty. Also drive thru does take priority here. So if the line is long on the drive thru it’s quicker to sit there then to go inside. And I mean ALWAYS is quicker. I’ve gone inside thinking I’ll beat the drive thru and I’m there twice as long. I see the car I would of been behind plus five more. Just frustrating. They just redid this place and thank god the old one was nasty inside. This one is slowly getting gross inside too. Hope they don’t let it get out of hand again like the other!

I know this is a low grade chain restaurant but it is terrible ~they renovated the interior and it is so UNfriendly to babies or young children! there is no place to put a baby in a car seat carrier and they only have 1 high chair !! The Friday we went in mid June they didn’t even have ICE for the drinks Terrible will not be fulfilling my cravings at Tbell anymore sad sad place ~ps if I could give it no stars I would

This place is horrible. I’ve come here twice and I can’t believe that this Taco Bell is run so poorly. Both times I was there it was on a Saturday around 1pm. The music was so loud that I had to liberally yell so my wife could hear me. A customer actually asked them to lower the music three times and they still did nothing. The second, and last time, I was there my order was taken by someone in a New Balance Hoodie. He wasn’t even in uniform. Both times I waited for more than 15 minutes to get my food. I’ve written to the store, but got no response. Guess they don’t care about what customers say here.

Been coming here for years but lately every time I come I have to wait for food for 45 mins that’s crazy they have one person cooking On a Saturday night makes no sense. I came in because I thought it would be faster but I waited longer there’s a long line outside and a long line inside. Taco Bell needs to step it up

Food is always delicious because it’s Taco Bell.(Oh wait– I’m eating it right now and these jokers don’t even know how to assemble what they’re supposed to make. This sucks. How do you mess this up!?) But for real, it is the slowest service ever!!! Are there no managers and competent staff??? I live two mins away and wish this situation would change! It’s ridiculous that I have to shut my engine off in the drive thru so my car isn’t running a half an hour. Fast food???(PS– I’m writing a review as I’m waiting for my food right now.) #tacobell needs to fix this problem asap.

The serviceman very poor and the wait here regardless of drive thru/indoor dining is ridiculous. The menu hasn’t been lighted for months I’ve benign the drive thru line 8 min at the speaker before my order has been taking. As I type I’m arriving at the pick up window. I’ve been here a total of 12 minutes. As I stated to an employee«the service here is poor you must do better» she laughed as if I were joking. I’ve come here numerous times over the years and frequently as of late as I’m working in the area. The food is always fresh but the service SUCKSNUTSHARD. There is a true lack of «ummph» in the staff to deliver customer service and«fast food». 2 stars for fresh food.

I have never had a positive experience at this store. I can count on one hand the number of times an order I placed has been filled correctly. Tonight, the girl at the window seemed more interested in her phone than the order screen, which is likely why my order got screwed up(yet again) tonight. The inside of the store is filthy and sticky, and I assume there is a high turnover rate there, because I have never seen the same employee twice. I have never been offered sauces or utensils at the drive-thru, and would not use the ones they keep out in the store without wiping them down first with disinfectant. If the next nearest Taco Bell wasn’t 20 minutes further from my home, I would happily never visit this store again. I cannot stress enough what a customer-service cancer this place is — I have received better, speedier, and friendlier service at freaking WHITECASTLE. I have visited other locations while commuting or traveling, and the experiences I have had there only serve to further illustrate what a festering pit of despair, antipathy, and ineptitude this store is. I enjoy Taco Bell food, but this store is working very hard to put me off it forever.

Service is terrible! Do NOT recommend! Quality sucks, super slow, smells horrible and employees/managers are rude and dont care about there food quality! 20mins for 3 tacos… really!!!
