99 Cents Only Stores

Horrible customer service at this location!!! I will never shop at this location again and because of the bad experience I will think twice about stepping foot inside any other 99cent store. I needed to make a return which were Valentine items… Valentine’s hadn’t passed not to mention I purchased these items yesterday. I after speaking to two employees they called a «shift leader» who immediately told me I couldn’t exchange it get store credit for my items because they are seasonal items. I asked for a manager who came out and apologized and explained there was nothing he could do as he had done an an exchange for a customer previously and had «gotten in trouble». The employee who had called him smiled in my face as in she told me I couldn’t. As soon as I left I called corporate and the handled my issue with in 5 minutes called the store and explained because valentines had not passed I am eligible for an exchange it store credit. They asked for the manager who would be in so when I went back at 6pm I could speak with him… Turned out to be the same manager who told me I couldn’t do this in the first place. Well 6:09 I walk in to the store and an «acting manager» MANDY tells me he’s not in and she can’t process the reversal because she is unaware of the situation. After I explained she stated my because they told me to see that specific manager I had to come back the next day or Monday… after Valentine’s Day so I explained that. She said well they told you to speak with him and he’s not here. Horrible customer service! She then tells me to call corporate again and have them call her so she can handle issue. I’m wasting my time but I still go and call and guess what customer service is CLOSED til Monday!!! My issue is still unresolved and it’s not about the $ 8 it’s about the customer service and the run around and the time that’s being wasted. As a manager or acting manager taking ownership of a customer issue that’s been escalated to corporate should be huge. Maybe you’re not ready to be a manager or acting manager or supervisor because none of you were able to help me worst of all didn’t even care to try. Thank you for appreciating my business.

Great place to find last minute items, I was having a child’s party and needed goodies, forks, streamers, cards, plates, table cloths and lots more ! Party was great! Thanks 99cent store!

NOT ADA COMPLIANT! I am in a wheelchair and I couldn’t shop here. I felt so helpless and embarrassed. I had to ask a stranger for help. I spoke with management and they didn’t even care. I can’t believe they are still open. I will make sure the ADA hears about this.

I’m standing in line, behind 3 people with 2 behind me and another cashier opens a new line and takes the people BEHIND me wtf??? They are gone now and I’m still 2^nd in line, super bad customer service!!!

Out of all the $ 1 stores in the Inland Empire the «.99 cent only stores» is my only choice. I can get most household needs here. Anything from batteries, drink glasses, car cleaners, dish soap, baby wipes, tooth floss, CANDY, and much more for a lot less money than other stores!
This particular location is located next to great food, a brand new neighborhood Wal-​Mart (not open as of this date) and has a newly paved parking lot. It’s also conveniently located right off Van Buren Blvd.

This place is great.
They have your standard dollar store items such as housewares, health/​beauty supplies, and other consumables. In addition, there’s expanded grocery section in the store as well.
The store itself is on the smaller side, and the checkout can be slow at times, but other than that it’s a great store.

Gotta love me some 99cent stores. Conveniant spot, a little bit congested parking at times due to being next to Lil Ceasers. Big location. Catch the produce on delivery day when it’s fresh. Fast service. Has frozen/​refergerated food, canned food, snacks, candy, party supplies, toys, cleaning supplies, automotive, and school supplies as well. Little bit of everything for 1 low price.

I go here for one thing – YES I DO… wonderful, sweet red, round –good size WATERMELON! It’s da’ BOMB!!!
