If you are looking to buy a phone, please go some where else. The staff and especially the manager are highly incompetent. Its no wonder the store is regularly empty. I attempted to have a battery replaced and was unable to get the protective cover off of the phone. I brought the phone to the store and spoke with the manager Adriana. I explained that the battery no longer held a charge and needed to be replaced. The phone was just purchased on 10÷2÷14. I attempted to take the cover off but was unsuccessful. I handed the phone to Adriana, she was also unsuccessful. She then told me that if she broke the cover she would not be responsible for it. Again she was unsuccessful. She then handed the phone to me and told me to try. I couldnt. I asked her if she had a technician on duty. She said she did not. Her her answers were curt and she answered as if she was really in a hurry. There was no one in the store. I asked for the manager. She stated she was the manager. Without going into further detail, Adriana was extremely rude and highly incompetent. Metro PCS must be extremely desperate to hire someone who lacks any customer service skills let alone managerial skills. She is a waste of space and time to Metro PCS. P. S. I also called the 800 number to place a complaint and was told to walk to another store to have the battery replaced. I highly suspect the incompetence of the company runs deep. I think I will make a trip to Verizon.

Hello Unilocalers… back again! Only this time. its really bad! I went to this store located on limonite ave in Riverside to buy a new phone. My old phone I had for 6 years was starting to give up on me. Granted I have been with metropcs for 7 years. When I got there, the sales rep by the name of Claudia, told me about the new Cool-pad 4G phone! It was the one just below the best phone they had, and ITWASONSALE! I was like… great…I’ll take it! After fees and whatnot, it came out to a total of $ 120. I thought the phone was the best thing since sliced bread! It was amazing! I loved it… then… After 2 days of playing with it, I noticed that the screen had a really bad glitch on it. I couldn’t end calls, and when I would text, it would show that i pushed the letter, but it wouldn’t write it down on the text… I went back, and Jesse or maybe his name was James, he master reset my phone and said everything would be OK… NOTHINGISOK! SAMEPROBLEMSTILL! So I called back and spoke to Adrianna who said these exact words«I don’t know why they sold you that phone, if its a piece of shit.» THOSEWEREHEREXACTWORDS! She then continued to tell me that these phones have been coming back for warranty issues and that now that i need to warranty mine… they are on back order… So now i have been fighting with this glitch on my phone for over a week, and they refuse to do anything about it. They keep saying I have to wait until a new«batch» of phones come out so I can warranty mine… very unacceptable. I called their 2 customer service lines, and all they can say is… sorry there is nothing we can do… you have to handle your problem through the store, all we can do is write a report that you called us… I was like WOW! So anyway… stay away from this place and go somewhere else to buy a phone… maybe its time to move to Verizon…
