All About Glass and Screens Inc.

I used to go to Riverside Glass & Mirror (see my review there).
Got lost on the way to All About Glass, and arrived just before closing.
No worries… Mark stayed late, cut my glass, loaded my truck, added buttons for the ride home and last thing he said to me:
«Thanks, I appreciate your business. Hope to see you again.»
And I appreciate Mark’s awesome service and attitude!
I have a 9′ x 10′ storefront plate glass window coming up – and I know just who is going to do that job for us…

Took a patio screen door in early in morning, was done before noon. Outragious service. Great price. Better than I could have done it.

I needed a piece of glass for my garage door window and they were super helpful. He went out of his way to explain to me how to get the window in place and glue it. I even went back and asked him to cut another ¼ inch off and he did at no extra charge. I will be replacing some screens soon and I will definitely be using these guys.

When my wife and I researched places to get windows fixed and screens replaced we were having a hard time finding a place to do the job. I was a little hesitant because of the 3 star rating on Unilocal (prior to our rating) but figured that AAGS was close to home, so I called.
I’m glad we called.
Our job may have been simple enough, but they did a great job with all of it. Our new screens (we ordered 5) are first rate and it is nice to have functional windows again (they repaired two of them). Not only did they do a great job on those screens, but also during the window installation their worker bumped the screen with the corner of the window and poked a hole in the existing screen. He took it back to the shop and repaired the screen (and even gave it a slight upgrade by putting new pull tabs on it).
I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They had very knowledgeable and friendly staff while also providing high quality service.

We used All About Glass to do new glass shower enclosures for all of our recently remodeled bathrooms. Mark went the extra mile to make sure they were done right. I can tell he is meticulous about his work and wants perfection. That is hard to find with most contractors these days! He takes his time and does the job right.
We loved him SO much that we have since had him put on new screen doors for our sliders, and had him fix the glass in our new $ 5k front doors that another contractor messed up. Mark went the extra mile for us on this job too, and we are so appreciative. Thank you Mark for putting so much time and care into your work. It truly shows! I’m sure we’ll be calling you again soon. I just moved into the area and needed a patio screen door replaced. Got a quote from the mobile screen folks and it was exorbitant. Swung into All About Glass & Screens and they were courteous, helpful and affordable.
Glad I found them. Will be using them again for more house projects as the need arises.

Called All About Glass and Screens to get an estimate for an 11 foot mirror and a frameless shower enclosure. Was told that someone would call me back later. Nobody called back, so the next day I called them again and set an appointment for Monday at 8:30 am. It is now 10;30 am and I have been blown off.
Apparently they do not care about their customers time or have respect for them and are complete flakes. Don’t waste your time by calling them.
They just blew a $ 1,600 job and earned one stars all over the internet
