Tuff Shed

My friend ordered a shed from these people — a couple of weeks ago – she went to the sales place in Moreno Valley — total «custom» job. She scheduled delivery and building of the shed for today –June 9^th — Yesterday I asked her if they had called to let her know what time they would be arriving. She said «no-they’ll be here-​I have an appointment»
She just called and all she said was «you were right-​I just called them» She wasn’t on the schedule for ANY day!
She just paid an exorbitant price to have 3 other men tear down the old shed-​an electrician to disconnect the wiring to the shed. all her stuff is standing in her driveway – NOT A GOOD THING!
The electrician is scheduled to come back on Monday to rewire the «new» shed — it’s going to be a workshop (she does stained glass) Now she has to cancel and reschedule him — when he can make it out!
The salesman sure made his commission – how about keeping track of your sales and making sure they are IN FACT on the schedule!
Needless to say-​my friend is upset– her driveway is loaded with some pretty expensive stuff!

We are very happy with our shed from Tuff Shed. My husband was surprised by the quality of our shed. Joel Martinez was our sells person returned all our calls & addressed all our questions & Jay & Jason installed, two really polite great guys did a wonderful job, there on time, cleaned up after the job was done. We are HAPPY!
