Hello I just want to say I received excellent service. I called in because both of my bathroom lights were out. Charles was there in less in than two hours. He trouble shooted the problem n fixed the problem And I didn’t feel like he took me to the cleaners. He explained everything to me step by step which I was grateful for. I would definitely use this service again :-)

I almost couldn’t believe all the glowing reviews, but it’s all true.
On the phone, they were very helpful. They suggested several things that could be causing my problem, and they were clear about how much it could cost.
I had a doctor’s appointment in the morning, and another place to be in the afternoon, so they agreed to come at noon and to finish by 3. How many repair services will do that?!? Most of them have a minimum 4-​hour window!
They arrived on time, and they were done within 45 minutes. They were able to replace a broken circuit breaker, even though those circuit breakers aren’t manufactured anymore. The guy told me that he takes apart old panels for parts.
They recommended that I get a whole new circuit breaker panel — which I knew I needed, so that was totally legit — but they didn’t push it, and they said it could wait.
And the price ended up being on the low side of what they had quoted over the phone.
So I have a new electrician, and it’s All Lights Electrical Service!

We recently purchased a bank owned property in Upland and were perplexed with multiple electrical problems.
Charles arrived after noon and doggedly pursued and corrected every issue in less than a day. He was efficient, helpful, and very reasonably priced. The sun was setting, but he stayed until every issue was remedied. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We recommend him 100%.

Charles did a thorough job. He came to our home to inspect our issues with the electric panel in the wall. He discussed many options with us and took his time trying to find out what the issue was. Then he came back two days later and still ran into problems but continued to look until he found the solution. He went the extra mile that you don’t usually find these days. Im in real estate, I needed a quote and an inspection on a SFR. I was questioning the work recently done by the investor for my first time buyer. Charles came in for a super affordable price and looked at the outlets and checked for grounding. He uncovered the issues and then gave me a price to fix them. Very helpful in negotiating for my buyer.

If I could give a zero, I would. Here’s another arrogant contractor who considers your time of no value. Charles stood me up after making an appointment that altered my entire day’s schedule. Plus he didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know he’s a no show. Loser!

In this day and age of contractors and repair persons who are harder to get a hold of than a doctor or an attorney, Charles at All Lights Electric Services (ALES) is a breath of fresh air. He is accessible (he actually answers his phone!), responsive (he was on my repair job within the hour), obviously well trained, and professional. My serious electrical problem was fixed in less than two hours and his price was fair, too! I highly recommend ALES!

All Lights Electrical Service was fantastic! They were knowledgeable, well-​experienced and fast. In fact, I learned a lot just by watching them work, which is always an added bonus in my opinion. I accidently shorted out my outlet in my room, and it took him just a couple minutes to diagnose the problem fully. On top of that, since my breaker box is apparently 50 years old or so (again, this speaks of their experience and knowledge), I was ridiculously lucky that they had the foresight to carry such outdated materials just for these situations! Lastly, they were fair and honest with their pricing, giving me a maximum estimate in the beginning, but dropping it down because the problem was solved quicker than expected. I know who I’m calling next time i short out my house (hopefully not soon)!

Great work, awesome customer service at very reasonable rates!!! Highly, highly recommend! We had a light switch problem due to work done by a previous contractor that affected the power to other parts of our house. All Lights came in, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They not only corrected the problem, but did some extra work to ensure the cabling to the light switches were safe (its an older home with older wiring/​boxes)!!
