Waitress nice.
Food bland. New hot fire chicken was bland with no spice. Potatoes were run of the mill.
Cheeseburger egg rolls were nothing special. Was disappointed at overall taste of food. Wasn’t terrible but I have had better for an Applebee’s and comparable places.
Food out the kitchen was very sloooow. Food and appetizers took long to come out of the kitchen.
Typical loud and college hoops on the screen.

Been to a few Applebee’s. First visit chips stale. Told the manger. They take them back to the kitchen. They bring me the same plate but hot now. They stick them in the oven to toast them. Second visit. Place is packed. My group standing with our back to an empty table that seats six. We wait twenty minutes. The host says we can sit at that table. Waitress asks for our drinks. We all order water. Ask is they use a certain ingredient for a lemon drop. She says «oh yes of course! Wait what? What is that?» So we explain. She give us a long story. Brings the waters. We as for refills later. She goes to the register starts texting and taking to her buddy. Comes by table ask if we want water agin. We said yes. We are still waiting from the last time. Never brings them. 15 minutes after the manager brings us water. Don’t think I’ll ever go to this Applebee’s Horrible service horrible food prep.

When you have a $ 50 gift card for Applebee’s, you go to Applebees with the whole family! With 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 baby, we were definitely a crowded table. But our server, Andrew, was so nice and accommodating and patient! He gave us good recommendations and answered all our questions. Our food came out quickly and was cooked to order. They have a 2 for $ 20-​$ 25 option which includes a shared appetizer and two entrees… convenient, perfect deal! Definitely a great family restaurant with good food and friendly service.

Been to many Applebees over the years, we happened to be looked for a restaurant and drove by this place. If you have been to any of them you know it’s generally the same food on the menu but seemed a bit skimpy on portion sizes this time. Staff seemed friendly at first but apparently we came in just ahead of a major crowd (Mission Inn lights time) and suddenly we became invisible. Will I go back, maybe but with so much around that area it may be awhile.

I like this place. Staff is always friendly and I’ve never had any problems. Today though, they definitely tried to get cheap on the jalapeños. If you get the Blazin’ Texan, make sure they give you more than 2 slices.

This place wasn’t so bad at all. The waitress was polite, the food was very good, and the place was conveniently close to the rock concert venue where my brother, his girlfriend, her sister, and I went to see Haelstorm that night. That’s right!
The service was attentive, and the place seemed clean. Not too many screamy meemy kids, and if there were the staff was able to do something about it, as quickly as the parents did.
Don’t mess with the table games, because they obviously charge you for it, but the service isn’t incredibly slow, or anything like that. The entrance might be a bit tricky to find, but I really don’t have any qualms with this place, at least not from this visit.

Victoria took our drink orders quickly and the service of the appetizer was also quick but the chips on the dip platter were stale and the salsa sample was too small. She returned soon to say the ribs rack was unavailable and I had to change my order to riblets, which arrived way too thin!
We played the trivia until the food arrived, but the All American Burger arrived without the lettuce pickles tomatoes were all missing. They were out of the special sauce too!
We got a refill of the Spinach dip appetizer without the Spinach! Salsa was there, but no spinach… come on kitchen!?!
Victoria was an excellent server, but she couldn’t make up for the lack coming from the kitchen. Over a hundred reviews and only two stars?!?
Not recommended, we will not return.

I was very disappointed with this Applebee’s. The waitress was good but when I ordered their All American burger they brought it out with no sauce, no pickles, tomato or lettuce. They didn’t bother to mention they were out of secret sauce and that lettuce pickle and tomato were on special request. They brought out a burger with a bun and onions.
Also we ordered artichoke dip and the dip came in a small bowl with stale chips. The bowl for the accompanied salsa was too small to even dip your chips into.
Bathrooms were dirty and obviously not checked regularly due to the large amount of TP and paper towels on floor. Would not return to this Applebee’s.

Came here today with my cousin and brother for a quick lunch; my brother and cousin decided to do the 2 for $ 20, one of them getting the steak and the other getting a Mac and cheese dish. I had a few bites off each of their plates, the pasta was decent as well as the veggies and mashed potatoes.
My cousin is slicing into her steak and stops, asks us to look if there’s a hair in her food– we look and yes a long hair is running under her steak and into the potatoes. Obviously we’re grossed out– no one wants to see hair in their food. We stop eating and stop the waiter when he walks by. We tell him about the hair and he responds, «well no one in the kitchen has long hair, so I don’t know where that came from.» Essentially accusing us of putting a hair in our food. I understand that this can happen– there are cooks and servers who have hair, absolutely– what was frustrating was the response of our server. The manager came over and apologized and took the steak off our bill, but our experience here was just not good at that point.

The food is delis. the service is excellent… Manager personally making sure you are happy… absolutely impressed especially because Applebee’s isn’t my fav. but I may be changing that statement… Great job !

Staff here was extremely welcoming. I came in veterans day for a free meal and the hostess acknowledged my wife and I right away. When we were Sat I noticed a little bit of garbage on the floor and some crumbs on the table. Our food came out in a fairly quick time and to mention that it was packed. The food was great and drinks cold. The only reason why this place didn’t get the 5 stars is cause the cleanliness. The restroom was another thing to be exact. It stank like it someone was smoking in there and the floors were all wet I am hoping it wasn’t pee which I’m sure it was. Other than the cleanliness, this Applebees is awesome!

I must say this is the second time me and my fiancé have come to this establishment and have been treated so poorly. We were nothing but nice to the waitress that served us and she treated us as if we were not worthy enough to even be there. She ignored us after we were seated. She forgot to bring me a straw for my drink. Our food didn’t arrive for 20 mins. And the people who sat down 15 mins after us got their food before us. The workers here seem so snobby and stuck up. Like hello I’m the one paying your damn salary so I deserve to be treated with respect when I come in. I don’t pay you to be ignored and treated poorly. Even the manager ignored us. That isn’t the way a place should treat customers. We even tipped the lady that served us. Just because we aren’t assholes!

Absolutely the worst experience possible.
It was my friends 27^th birthday. Father of two and works a lot so he doesn’t get a chance to go out much. We chose the wrong restaurant to celebrate. I showed up a little later than the rest of them and waited for about 15 minutes with the server not coming around, I understand that I showed later and cannot expect them to rush over to me, but 15 minutes is ridiculous. So I went over to the bar to get a drink and sitting there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, not even a «hey I’ll be with you in a minute». I went back to the table empty handed. The server finally came back to bring them a round of shots. I ordered a beer and a shot for the birthday boy and decided to get two while I was it l, seeing as how I figured it would take forever (and it did). Long story short, fries never came out, ranch took 10 mins to get to the table, the server kept excusing her mistakes because it was a table transferred to her, drinks took FOREVER, some of us never even got our requested refill, it was so slow so «busy» is not something they could excuse it on! Our check came out to around $ 300 for 8 of us and we still tipped 18% because we’re not assholes but they did not deserve it. Despite the fact that I had a great time because of the good company I was in, I hope to never return to this place.

First time here and my brother and I got sick off the food. 24 hours of the stomach flu because someone didn’t cook the food right. Our waitress was rude and didn’t bring out the appetizers until food was there already. My friend also came with us and he has diabetes and needed his Apple juice and we asked multiple times until a different waiter finally gave it to him. Horrible experience won’t ever be going back again.

Don’t go to this AppleBees worst around. Service horrible, our waitress had no clue on her job. Was not busy at all and still did not get order correct. Food came out wrong, cold and salad was slimy. This is the worst Applebees around .
Manager could careless about customers and if the food is good or served correctly. Perhaps you should take some customer service classes. Your wait staff should spend less time on their cellphones and more on I don’t know their jobs perhaps.
Don’t go here if you expect a deal on the 2 for $ 20.00 cause the food is cold and horrible.

I just got home from this place and I’m giving it 2 stars simply because the host looked like she didn’t want to be there didn’t welcome us at all. Our waiter was nice but the food was horrible! Me and my sister ordered the 2 for 20 and I got ribs which were so dry and the fries were cold and stale! She ordered a burger but was not satisfied either. Will not be coming back to this location

Great happy hour deals. Service is great and the bartender was very nice. The wonton taco appetizers are delicious!

I put 4 stars as an honest reviewer. Applebee’s has a great deals at happy hour and this applebees what you would expect from any Applebee’s you go to EXCEPT… I want to give a shout out to the manager Sue, she was extremely personable taking the time to talk and gather guest feedback. I respect any restaurant manager who will run drinks and food the are ildly waiting for busy servers, thank you! Victoria was a great server and I particularly like how she spoke to the guests, not just me. Good «verbiage». Excellent service.

My sister and I just left this Applebee’s location and we are extremely disappointed. We went to Applebee’s to get a few happy hour drinks and an appetizer so we could spend an hour or so catching up and not break the bank. We took a few minutes to order our drinks because we wanted to make sure we got a great deal. There were two items advertised on the front of the Happy Hour menu (watermelon margarita and a pineapple/​jalapeño margarita). There weren’t any prices listed next to the items so we asked the bartender, Joe, how much they were. And he replied «$ 3.50.» We both thought, «Wow! That’s a great deal! We’ll take one of each!.» A few minutes later another bartender named Lauren was behind the bar and Joe must have taken his break. We ordered another round of drinks and continued talking… Come to check out time and the drinks rang up at $ 8.00 each. What the heck?! We questioned the cost and although Lauren was very nice and sympathetic there was nothing she could do. The drinks were $ 8 each on happy hour. How much could these crappy drinks be regularly? $ 16? I didn’t even really like my drink. The only reason I tried it was because it was supposedly $ 3.50.
Aside from this visit, I haven’t been impressed. The steaks are pumped with water, the appetizers are full of salt, and the service is less than mediocre. I probably won’t be returning… unless I’m desperate and really want a happy hour beer with a side of crappy service.
