I went in the store with a shopping list of items for my car and Robert K. hooked it up. He looked everything up on the computer and made his own list and then went down the aisles and grabbed everything for me. He even called another store to see if they had one of the parts I was looking for. Sometimes when I go in there the employees will just stand at the counter waiting for customers to come up, but Robert K. went the extra mile for me and I couldn’t have asked for better service! This is definitely my go-to store from now on!

I really enjoy going to autozone but never been top a location where there are too many employees and no service I actually walked out once most of their employees hide in the back and customers build the lines. Really really unhelpful uneducated for the job employees working at this location.

I’ve been here several times. For the most part it’s always been an okay experience. If you have to return something, you’ll have to stand in the returns line followed by the line for the cashier, but this is at any AutoZone. It’s ridiculous but not the end of the world. However, my recent visit is what prompted me to leave a review. BEWARNED, I was told to change from 5W-30 to 10W-40 because I have a higher mileage car. Thankfully I took this advice with a grain of salt. My research shows this could DAMAGE my engine, throw off my timing and decrease fuel efficiency among other undesirable things. While I don’t think I was given this advice out of ill-intent, it should not have been given at all. Please take the time to do the research for yourselves if given advice. Just because they work at a car place doesn’t mean they are mechanics.
