Baskin-Robbins Cakes and Ice Cream

Called to order an ice cream cake and was rudely informed that this could not be done same-​day and that there was nothing that could be done to get a cake same-​day. When I asked if there were some in the fridge, there magically was cake there. I was put on hold without any indication that I had been put on hold. Customer service was terrible. Glad I didn’t spend money here.

Came in for an ice cream cake yesterday and I’m pretty satisfied. Although the cakes are small and expensive they’re really good. They had quite a variety of cakes which I was surprised. Overall, if come back for another cake!

Worst customer service I have ever received! The girls behind the counter were lazy, rude, dishonest and useless! We drive 5 miles to come to this store and we wasted our time and gas money! We asked for the owners number since they said we couldn’t speak to a manager and we called the number only for those girls to lie to us and pass the phone to the other to pretend they were the owner. We called from the parking lot and watched them do this. I hope the true owner sees this and rectifies the issue or they just lost us as customers and every time we come in we have at least seven people ordering.

Worst worst worst customer service I have EVERY had at a Baskin Robbins! 1^st gave wrong ice cream, asked for Peanut Butter Chocolate (she gave me Reeses Peanut butter) explain again, which flavor I asked for AGAIN… she dumped it back in rest of ice cream, then she put my correct ice cream in same bowl with wrong flavor. UGH! I came in for Strawberry Cheesecake, and they didn’t have it. She explained that it’s seasonal. OKay? BUT I Just had it YESTERDAY!!! And that is why I was wanting Baskin Robbins today, because I enjoyed what I had yesterday therefore I went back (I was at a different BR, by the way) NEXT, I realized a Sundae doesn’t come with bananas, so I asked for bananas and said «I WILLING TO PAY EXTRA» she said «they won’t fit in bowl» WHAT?!? So basically you turning down the money because you too lazy to put in bigger bowl. What I got was a $ 5 something and what I really wanted was $ 7 item. WOW! Even though I’m from Chicago I know that B.R. has been there a long time. I was thinking by the looks of things «this must be privately own» however just in case not I will make sure to notify corporate that, this location is too lazy to make more money. I really wanted to say NEVERMIND and just leave, but I just took it. And have yet to eat it. I just put in my freezer. She ruined the thrill of enjoying my ice cream with her crappy attitude! No worries, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE, I rather drive further to spend my money.

Love the cappuccino blasts! And the bubble gum ice cream! The girls here are so sweet and awesome!

This place is stupid the littlw boy cashier chargerd me 7 dollers for 5 cherrys talking about they charcge for a topping okay so fo they charge for each sprinkle

Really friendly staff here! Really cannot go wrong here at 31 flavors. I love going on Tuesday family nights. my favorites are pralines n cream, peanut butter n chocolate and today I had nutty salted caramel Oreo ice cream! Wow!

Just got an ice cream here and had a sweet cashier serve me she was so nice and started a conversation right when I got there. Haven’t had ice cream for a while so glad I came here I love their ice cream

This location is always clean and the staff are friendly and do a great job.
I’ve come here more times than I’d like to admit for a cappuccino blast and the consistency is incredible. I’ve gone to other BR where the cap. blast is either too liquidy or has ice chunks still in it. I’ve never had a bad one here.

I’ve honestly heard mixed reviews on Baskin-​Robbins in general. After this visit totally fell in love with my neighborhood Baskin-​Robbins! The crew who helped us out were so friendly! It beats Dairy Queen on customer service!
I had intended to use my coupon, a BOGO. The crew member, whom I should’ve asked for his name, suggested I do the 1.29 scoop. He said it happens every Tuesday! I got so excited! Not only did I walk away with a really good deal… I still had my coupon to come back again! Thank you «Guy» for your wonderful service!
I’m raving so much about the customer service I’m forgetting why I went there in the first place. The ice cream was really good tasted slightly old but ignored it over the crunch and sweetness of the dazzling pralines and crème!!! You must get waffle cones with your scoops! Thee best way to eat B-​R!
My husband got rocky road and cookies and crème couldn’t tell you how those were. by the time we headed home (not even a minute away) he had already devoured the ice cream; only leaving a few drips of chocolate on his shirt for me to wash off later! It’s that good!

The girl who helped us was very friendly and helpful and although the soft serve was down she made me forget about that after offering samples and being so sweet. We will be back. :) by the way. it’s small but very clean. I love the coupons and daily specials. Oh and we had the Reese’s layered Sunday. Yummy.!!

Although this location is a bit further out for us, the customer service is friendly and they always offer better deals for the pre-​packed quarts. The location near us recently closed down without notice or information regarding any relocation so we will be driving to this one from now on when in the mood for Baskin Robbins. It is located in a tiny plaza with cramped parking. Not much more to comment on since this is a franchise.

Small venue and kind of cramped compared to what I’m use to seeing. Good ice cream though, but not overly memorable. Great for the family!
