Excellent service and the food is great. I had the ranchero burrito with chili verde. Super awesome.

I love the Indiana location but sadly I can not say the same for this location. It was busy and I expected a wait but not 10 minutes to order and get coffee. When we ordered I asked for my bacon to be well done and when I received it, it was cold and not well done. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy with his meal and he said the first thing he tasted was onions. Our server was not very attentive and after we got our food she never came to check if we wanted refills on our coffee she was more interested in making plans with a customer at the counter to have micheladas with him. We will not be going back to this location again.

I came here for breakfast the other day, and honestly, everything was terrible. The eggs were tasteless, the toast was burnt, the pancakes were inexplicable … the sausage and bacon were okay, but it’s kind of hard to screw up sausage and bacon. I don’t think I’d go back. I’d rather go to IHOP next-​door.

Best Chili Verde omelet ever! Great coffee and awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend, especially for the breakfast lover.

We loved this diner, it really surprised us. I had the enchiladas suizas and my husband the grilled chicken dinner, it was delicious. Huge portions, good just tasted good, simply flavors but pretty authentic. So much to pick from. I had an Arnold Palmer and it was great and in a huge cup. The waitress was excellent, just a great experience overall.

Great place for breakfast, I had the Maria’s omelette, biscuits and gravy, and French toast.
The omelette was decent, had a light taste since it only had avocados, sour cream, and Ortega chile. I really liked their hash browns; had a good crunch and just enough flavor without being too bland or salty.
The biscuits and gravy was delicious, the sauce wasn’t too salty or bland. Although I do wish the biscuits were a bit thicker.
The french toast was my favorite! It maintained its firmness despite the fact that I drenched it in syrup and butter.
All in all a great place for breakfast.

I am in shock. We’ve had breakfast here before. But I am not going to ever walk into this place again. A man who did no appear homeless was outside minding his own business. He was reading a book. He was not asking for money, but said if we could buy him breakfast sandwitch from subway he would appreciate it. We asked him if he wanted to come in to Brandon’s and have breakfast, we would treat him. He was very happy. Long story short. He was not allowed to sit in and have breakfast like any other human sitting there. He had to order and leave. It had to be to go. Not only that. He didnt even get a menu. He was being ignored. This is very sad and if this is how the owners handle a situation like this, I am not eating here anymore. I dont care if the food a good.

Food is really good at this location. Been to a few of the others, but the food here is a bit better. The wait staff are excellent! Very friendly, kind, service is really good. Made friends with a few of the staff. The owners, when I have seen them, are kind of rude and not nice to the staff. Maybe that is how they choose to run their business. It may be better to keep that in private. I recommend this diner to anyone and everyone. 9.5 out of 10 stars!

Had a late dinner with my husband and children. They all loved thier food! And I did too. The strawberry lemonade was simply delicious and will be the reason we go back! I knocked 2 stars for customer service. The waitress had a bit of an attitude and a pouty face the full hour we were there. There was 2 young women there and neither of them asked if we needed more drinks, cleared the dirty dishes, or even offered the complimentary chips and salsa (it was close to 8pm). My husband got up on 3 occasions to ask for refills. They weren’t too busy considering it was a Friday night… But We all had a great time and the food was delicious. We will consider stopping by when in the area

I love this place. There menu has a little bit of everything. If you can’t find something to eat on this menu you aren’t hungry.
The restaurant is always clean and the service has been terrific each time I have visited.

Came in on Taco Tuesdays got two taco, taco is kind of cold with unmelted cheese and medium warm meat shell not fresh… kinda disappointed to be honest I’ll give it another try heard lots of good reviews

I had breakfast here before and it was pretty good so I thought I’d try lunch/​dinner today… Bad idea! Walked in on a Saturday it was pretty dead. I ordered the gyro combo with fried zucchini I specifically asked the meat to be cooked twice bc I wanted the meat to have a crunch to it. Well when I received my food the meat was soggy! On top of that it states if you come after 4:00 pm any day except Tuesday you get free chips and salsa. Well our waitress a blonde Hispanic lady maybe in her 20’s was our waitress and I guess didn’t care to offer us the chips and salsa. The other waitress had better customer service and offered the chips and salsa to all her customers and when I looked at our waitress when the other waitress offered the lady sitting across from us the special she turned her head! Pretty sure I will not be coming back here again based on the service!!!

Come here for lunch all the time. Friendly staff and the place is always so clean. It just got remodeled so its really fresh and neat. The tacos on Tuesday are the BEST!!! They have cheap lunch specials and nothing ever dissapoints. Love this place!

I’ve been to this place on 2 occasions. The first time the service sucked rude unfriendly staff. One girl kept going on talking smack about other customers very unprofessional, we tried to smile as she ranted on to a coworker. The food was bland but the price was ok if you’re starving! The second time we made the mistake of giving these place a chance and found a nasty long curly black pubic hair in the «fresh pico de gallo.» Upon finding the hair we notified the waitress however she dgaf about the disgusting health hazard nor offered to comp our bill. Long story short will not return here ever gross establishment.

Keep coming back the omelets are made with 4 eggs. Lots of fillings and the hash browns … Well you can taste them for yourself. I guess if you give the customer what they want they keep coming back.

2 stars are for great service.
Food on the other hand was too bland. Ordered the burrito supreme with the red sauce and it was way too salty. The veggies that came with the shrimp basket dinner were frozen and so were the shrimp.
Won’t be back again.

Came here with the fam on a busy Sunday morning for breakfast. It was packed. We had to wait about 20 mins for our table.
My husband ordered a T-​bone steak and eggs with hashbrowns and toast. I’m guessing it was okay, but he didn’t rave about it, nor did he complain.
For my daughters it was the classic breakfast of French toast, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon.
I had the chili verde omelette. And oh yummm it was. It had great flavor. Loved the surprises of huge chunks of avocado inside. Then the next bite was filled with creamy, cool, sour cream. It was huge! Came with hashbrowns as well. And a side of biscuits and gravy. The gravy on the biscuits were delicious. My daughter ate that thing up. (She’s only 17 mos and she ate ½ the plate. That’s how good it was)
I knocked off 1 star because I orig ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and it came out with ham. Therefore I returned it and ordered the chili verde omelette. Plus, their hashbrowns while it is cooked, looked almost white as if it’s undercooked. It was barely golden on the outside.
All in all, I would definitely come back again.

This quaint little place across from the Tyler mall is perfect for breakfast. They serve menudo on the weekends and my fiancée loves it. I tried the chorizo and egg breakfast this morning and it is soooo good. Love this place!

This brandons is disgusting. We usually go to the one down the street on Tyler which is delicious. Coming to this location was a huge mistake. The staff was extremely rude. My son found a hair on his blueberry muffin and when we pointed it out our server made it seem like I was our fault. When they brought out the new BB muffin it was very sloppy. On top of that my hash browns weren’t cooked. It was just n over all disgusting and unpleasant experience. Oh and to top it off the have a sign in the front that says small Menudo for $ 4.95 in front. My wife ordered a small and they charged us $ 6.99. When we asked the waitress she said it was for a cup not the small even though the sign says that. Complete false advertisement.

Went there for breakfast on ²⁄₉ at 7am. The place was nearly deserted. Sat at a booth and was served coffe right away. Service was great and they were really friendly. I tried the eggs over cheese enchiladas. Never had it before but it sounded good. Food came out fast and included beans, fried potatoes, and tortilla. Loved how they served fresh pico de gallo and salsa in the hot sauce containers normally seen only at Asian restaurants. The food was fresh and you can taste the quality. Server came around to check on me and refilled my coffee.
I would come back for breakfast again. Would love to try out their other offerings. Value was good as well.
