This place sucks. I recently started working in the area so I’ve been visiting this location a few times now an I’m more and more disappointed each time. They’ve screwed up my order two times (once they gave be bacon and egg biscuits when I asked to breakfast burritos; secondly I was given a famous star when I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger. On top of that the drive through wait has never been under 15 mins. Considering other Carl’s Jr locations this place is embarrassing and I don’t know how they allow it to keep ruining their reputation.

Customer service is okay. Went in with my son after i picked him up from school during the lunch rush. Both self serve soda machines were out of service. I noticed that before we walked up to the counter. Then over heard the gentleman in front of us getting dinged with a $ 1 surcharge for using his card. After hearing this we walked out. Next time we’ll use the drive thru and bring cash.
