Jack In the Box

I’m very disappointed with Jack in the box. We bought 3 meals and it was the worst food ever. When we go to a fast food place we expect food to be good and ready to eat. The food was cold and the bread wasn’t even sourdough. If Jack was there he wouldn’t allow his employees to make poor judgement on the food. Im not rich so I don’t have spend on gross food.

My fries were greasy, cold & they only filled half the bag. The taco was so old & stale the tortilla was hard to bite into. My dinner went straight in the trash.

I love their tacos. Order them extra crispy with extra lettuce. Delish. You can’t beat the price either. Go jack!

The girl was so rude at the drive thru that we drove away. She seemed irritated that we were ordering and was just answering back to everything we asked about the munchie meal and she was like
‘It’s on the menu isn’t it ?‘
You don’t need to have an attitude like that with people
She was extremely rude

If you don’t ask for fresh fries they will give you old fries. It’s best to go in and watch them give you fresh fries. Cashier was friendly and repeated back my order. Munchies box is huge and can easily be shared between two.

Food was ok but that wasn’t my issue, I get my food as a to-​go order and as my food comes it’s placed on a tray, no biggie I just tell the person (Rebecca) that it’s a to-​go order, she gives me a dirty look as I have inconvenienced her and gets a bag and tosses my burger and grabs my fries with her dirty hands and tosses my fries in the bag spilling my fries and says «have a nice day» in a demeaning manor and walks away. Didn’t really phase me as I deal with bigger assholes on a day-​to-​day basis, but as the MANAGER of the store, shouldn’t you try to give a little bit of a damn?

Workers Are great

I actually live by this jack location. I go there every other day, there food OK sometimes its awesome. But there customer service is awesome let me tell you why my brother and sister in law and my nephew and niece recently went to this location in drive thru and the staff forgot to put all there food in there bag. Well my sister in law got off the car to let them know they had made a mistake. When we go to drive thru our intentions are not to get of the car, that its self is inconvenience. Well the management did everything possible to make my sister in law feel comfortable by offering her a drink or even any thing else in the menu. All i have to say that is AWESOME SERVICE

Its Jack in the Box. You don’t come here expecting good food. You come here when youre stomach AND your wallet are empty.
It’s the only fast food place that serves breakfast all day (and don’t even tell me subway is fast food cuz there nothing fast about subway) which is the only reason why I come here all the time for lunch, (which is my first meal of every workday). Gotta catch up. the foods not TERRIBLE, usually. But it’s still pretty gross. I don’t know if the joint is 24/​7, but the drive through is at least. And when it’s 4 am and you need to get your 4^th meal in, or youre wasted, theres nothing better than getting 10 of their tacos for 5 bucks. Seriously, those thats the only time they taste good, but man at 4AM they taste GOOD.
