1) Typical Carl’s jr Drive-Thru 2) ALWAYS make sure to check for their Specials posted in Front… Many times these Sneaky Managers will NOT post the«2 Western Bacon Burger for $ 5.50» or Great Deals such a that in the Drive-Thru Section so that customers will forget then order those $ 6 burgers… Complete Nonsense… Don’t let this happen to you

Normally I don’t write reviews but I’ve had bad experiences and let it slide by. They take too long, are the slowest when taking order over drive thru. Last week I waited what seemed like 10 minutes before they could take my order. Today I ordered a meal and gave the cashier a coupon, which reduced the price, she took it then I gave her my card. I assumed she adjusted the price then I looked at the receipt and she never fixed it. I was already where I needed to be when I noticed the receipt. This is my mistake but she should have adjusted the price. Never going there again for numerous bad experiences.

Don’t park here even if you want there shitty ass food because they tow your car even if you go in and order there food and to get your car back you have to find a way to get to the tow place that is a half hour away and then you have to pay $ 260.00 to get your car back.

Generally I don’t write reviews for fast food chains because, well it’s fast food, and I don’t expect much more than a hot burger, clean table and semi-friendly cashier. I wrote this review because Unilocal granted me a dare devil badge for checking in here since the reviews are so poor. I’ve been coming to this joint for the past 17 years and have never had an issue with my order or the staff. I come during the lunch rush hour so they’re always extremely busy(it’s located downtown Riverside surrounded by county and city buildings) but they have an effective system in place. I order, pour my drink, and wait on my food to be brought to my table! My food is always hot and when they drop off my food they always ask if they can bring me anything else. The reviews state bums surround the place but I don’t see them when I come during lunch, must be evenings and/or weekends, idk. For a quick bite & $ 6 spent, I’ll return :)

On Thursday, July 30th around 6:30pm, I went through drive-thru, I only ordered a milkshake. There were two women with drive-thru headsets. An older and a younger woman. I am not sure who took my order. But when I arrived to the window. I was not greeted or told to wait or anything. I was not acknowledged for a good good while. They were not busy, it was lonely. It took so long before it ran through my head to just drive away. They were just standing around talking having a good ol’ time laughing. :(They only kept looking out the window laughing multiple times. Broke my heart ’cause I usually love it here. Usually I have patience for people with bad days. But they went too far, and i felt mocked. NOTNICE.

Carl’s Jr is hyped up. No wonder they need to advertise with attractive women in their commercials. The food itself is not worth it. Plus this specific location is not in the greatest area(bums looking for change always roaming around). Do yourself a favor and walk a few blocks toward Jack in the Box.

Worst service ever, first time here they messed up my order. So i wanted to give it a second chance and they failed me twice. First visit i wanted to try the all natural now this time around I wanted to try the new Diablo with chicken, I just got off of work so I went through drive through window. When I arrived at home I noticed I had a beef patty with chicken fingers. So I called them and no answer, I drive back and the manager attended me, she made me feel like it was my fault that the order was wrong and she didnt even apologize. I had to show her my receipt and pointed at what I ordered to prove what I ordered so after arguing with her i just told her I just want the regular diablo if thats easier. I was so unhappy walking out because she kept my receipt. Very poor service and I will never return to this location. I rather drive further to another location where i can receive better service. I work in customer service and it make me sad when I give 100% and receive the worst service by a carls Jr that is only blocks aways from my home. 4÷27÷15 @ 8:30 pm

This place is a disaster. We were passing through and though that this area would be a good place to find a quick bite. We were wrong. We ran in to Carl’s to get food, and stood in line with another guy in front of us. There were 3 people in the back«prepping food» and one guy taking orders over the phone from the drive thru, None of them said one word to us. We waited for over 5 minutes before another woman came in and waited in line, she asked if anyone had said anything to us and we said no, by this time the guy in front of us had left. The lady asked if we would be helped and the guy said yes yes… not it’s been over 10 minutes. I then went to get in to my car to go to the drive thru when a girl came in off her break. This girl deserves a raise, I wish i knew her name. She told everyone sorry for the wait and took order, prep-ers shakes, she was literally the only person with any customer service and doing anything productive. Side note: i am not sure about the policy for fast food and wearing gloves, but the meal prep-ers were not wearing gloves and it grossed me out.

So I came here once again and I’m open minded to different shifts since I work at a fast food restaurant myself. Boy was I wrong ! Went through the drive through 2 orders of zucchini fries and two spicy chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were okay but the fries as my boyfriend describes«fried rotten pickles» soggy in the inside and crunchy on the outside. The Carls Jr. Down the street has higher standards than that !! The wait time was more than 11 minutes. She didn’t apologize for the wait or anything just handed the bag and closed the window. I peered through the window and the front guy was just standing there. HELP the drive thru if you are not serving anyone and clean the dining room … Dang now I hate this location even more so.

This is by far the worst serviced fast food joint I have ever been to, this joint in particular. HORRIBLE rude service. I ordered fried zucchini and the lady placed them in my bag upside down, I asked the lady if the meatless burger had a substitute garden burger and she said yes in a rush so I ordered a meatless burger. I also ordered a chicken sandwich for my boss and by the time I got to work: my meatless burger was bread, lettuce and ketchup. And no garden burger. disgusting. And the chicken sandwich was missing. I called back to complain and all the lady said was«sorry you can come back and we’ll give you another sandwich» in the most nonchalant way possible. Never again.

As far as cleanliness this Carls Jr. is 3 or 4 stars, but when it comes to the staff and making sure that they get your order correct… Wow 1 star on a good day. I went in today ordered double bacon western cheese burger and their Texas BBQ thick burger. With the Texas bbq burger they were running a promotion where when you order the combo you get an ice cream sandwich with it. I didn’t get fancy with the order, all I asked for was they put the burger on a regular bun and add bacon, however when I got my order and got home checked the the bag no ice cream sandwich, I was like whatever, but then I opened my burger and it was put on that thick burger bun and there was no bacon. I brought my order back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager. He begins to argue with me saying well this burger doesn’t come with bacon. For close to five minutes I went back and forth with this guy trying to get him to understand that I knew the burger doesn’t come with bacon I ORDERED bacon to be put on it. After finally getting him to remake my burger I thought they would offer me some new fries since my old ones were now cold… WRONG. He tells me, if I wasn’t new fries I will have to buy them… Wow all in all WORSTCARLSJR around. I would advise all of they are looking for a place to eat, any where but here is good. AVOIDTHISPLACE!

NOSTARS!!! I would be completely ashamed of myself if I worked at this location. The employees just mope around as if many of the problems with this restaurant are no big deal. No cup lids(the cashier handed me a stack as if it was my job to replace them), no ketchup(Came for breakfast, No ketchup, came for lunch, no ketchup). Understanding this is a popular«Quick» solution for jurors(which is why I’ve been here quite often) on lunch, it gets pretty packed in here. With that being said, you would think Management would staff properly, or at least have some employees that were worth a damn. They use a number system to bring you your food, handing you a number and writing your number on your food tray… So why would the food runner need to ask occupants what they ordered, when they clearly have a matching number written on the tray?! Not being able to read numbers on the table causes the employee to walk in circles with your food, then leaving it on the counter to sit and get cold while you wait for them to ask where it goes. And to make it worse these stack food trays on top of each other… With outgoing food still on each tray. Just dirty! I also posted a picture of the Spill/Excess liquid trough. Forearm deep of soda and ice just sitting there. It blows my mind that an employee would not fix that before it overflows. Placing outgoing food trays on a counter with a bucket of sanitizer just sitting there. Shut this place down!!! 90% of my visits I’ve had an issue. Today for instance, I ordered a breakfast combo at 9:03. There were maybe five people in the dinning area and maybe one person behind me in line. I sit at a table with my ipad, reading emails… 9:15 rolls around and I realize it’s been a while. I walk up and complain. The employee says something to the people in the back and instantly my sandwich was ready… So had I not said anything would I have waited all day for my food??! I then came back for lunch, having to kill an hour and a half, it’s the best place in the area to sit down with some wifi(only good thing about this place). I ordered a small drink, spicy chicken sandwich, and a single burger special ordered. After waiting for ten minutes, I see an employee come by with a spicy chicken sandwich. I told her I had ordered another burger. She then comes back with what I had not gotten the first time, I then realize my spicy chicken sandwich was special ordered(not what I had asked for). I really hope Management looks at these reviews, so they don’t lose their job. But maybe they should for running a shit hole!

Worse Carls Jr I have ever been to. Service is horrible, and I have too many horror stories from visits to this place to list them all. The place is usually packed between 11 and 1 with people on jury duty, since its so close to the courthouse. If i had to choose one word to describe the people who work at this carls jr… «shady»… If you can, drive to the carls off riverside ave across the street from farmer boys. Its a fairly new location and the service is great.
