Carl’s Jr Restaurant

After the ridiculous looking burgers we just got from here I may never go back. Whoever is making the burgers should be fired on the spot. Either that or someone dropped my bag of food, kicked it across floor, then stepped on it. All the carls jr in the area have gotten bad but this one is the worst. Food looked so bad it almost ruined my appetite, and I wished it would have so I wouldn’t have eaten it.

I normally don’t like eating here because the dining room always looks dirty to me. But my daughters were craving a western bacon cheeseburger so I caved in. We went through the drive through and I ordered a turkey bacon burger with jalapeños. When we got home we all sat down to eat. After like four bites something poked me in my mouth. Sorry this part is gross… So I spit it out to discover 3 – 4 pieces of bones? Sticks? Not sure what the heck it was. Needless to say I got grossed out and stopped eating. The rest of my family saw and threw out their food as well. I wrapped the burger with the foreign objects and took it back. I showed it to the manager and she said it was just the «sticks from the jalapeños». (They were in the meat as I pulled one out from there) and even if they were just «sticks from the jalapeños» that makes it ok to put in my food? We had spent $ 45 dollars for our dinner but she only reimbursed me less than $ 10 for MY meal because I didn’t bring everything back. I guess I’m ok with that since I will never be going back to eat there.

They gave my child an open container of milk. When I called to complain the «manager» suggested that I was lying. He didn’t take my complain seriously, I don’t know if they put anything in the milk or why it was open but I’m never going back!!!

Wait time in the drive thru was terrible. 20mins for 2 fries, 2 burgers and chicken stars. Should have just gone to Mc Donald’s like I planned but the drive thru line was a little long. If I knew it was gonna take me just as long at Carl’s with no line I would have stuck with going to Mc Donald’s and waited in their line

Waited in the drive thru for 8 min. The man just told us to hold on. Never came back. we could hear someone there. But no one took our order after 8 min. We left. Horrible service. To top it off. No one was on the drive thru except a couple of girls standing in front of the pick up window.

I love carl’s Jr but today was bad service. I went threw drive thru to start off they took 5 min to take my order that was fine I understand that maybe inside they are busy. However when it came to charging I gave them my card and they came back with cash I was like where is my card the guy was like o” im sorry made a mistake «.I finally got my food gave me my food and slambed the window before i could ask for napkins and ketchup. inside it looked like total disaster eveyone was running around just bad.

I have been coming here since before I can remember. Back when they had the salad bar in the middle. Every time I come customer service gets worse. Today was the last straw for me. I was sitting forever waiting there was one person ahead of me and nobody in the drive through maybe one car. I get up with my number go the that counter and there’s two trays sitting there with one with my 2 western bacons. What’s the workers doing laughing and talking like who cares about customers waiting for food. Then they see me one says she will be right back to the other girls and the other two keep chatting. Needless to say my food was cold before I could finish it. I will never be back to this location. All females working tells me this manager doesn’t like men working for him or her.

Food is usually decent quality, served with fair speed. This time I got a lady working the drive thru I could barely understand. Those things already aren’t very clear, but then add someone with a heavy accent, sheesh!

I don’t eat a lot of fast food. I like western cheeseburger from Carls Jr. Eat once in a while. Thanks to great customer services

It seems like most of the people that worked here previously who actually gave a damn about service have left and were replaced by incompetent drones. I can’t say I’m surprised as morale is non existent from management, based solely on what has been witnessed from the consumer point of view. That being said I will be avoiding.
And ditto about the car washes, nothing more enticing than a group demanding your donations before you even step foot through the door.

The food is okay for a restaurant thats in a bad part of town, but I have to complain about how they advertise their food. The specials that they have have huge pictures of the details of the hamburger, but what comes on the burger, the price and value meals are printed in such small writing that you think your ordering one thing, then you get something different. I asked them to remake it for me since I couldnt read the small details when I ordered it, but they wouldnt do it. Dont think I’ll come back.

Worst burger ever! What a waste of $ 8! Western bacon burger was nasty! Looks nothing like the picture! Soggy, meat was dry, bacon was soggy as hell… i will not be returning to this location… worst decision ever!

They should just call this a car wash with a carls jr inside. Nobody goes to this location unless they want to get harassed by a group dudes that somehow are allowed to throw car washes in the parking lot everyday. It’s almost embarrassing.

The food is typical of Carl’s Jr., and I like their food, but don’t drive through if you are in a hurry, I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, and their was only 2 cars in front of me, sadly this has happened before. Sometimes they ask you to pull in front and wait, I strongly suggest you say no, when they do that they fill your order and then let it sit until the item you are waiting for is done. Basically it means that you get hot chicken strips and cold french fries and burgers.
