Del Taco

Hey Del Taco… some things should NOT be messed with. Never have I seen a taco salad that was not served in a nice crispy tortilla shell. I was in recently and ordered my favorite taco salad, and it has undergone this horrible transformation… Nasty black beans, little meat, ingredients plopped here and there like that «other» taco place does instead of spread out, and NO SHELL. I asked about it and I believe it was the manager or shift supervisor who told me they had changed it to «make it more healthy»…GUESS WHAT, Del Taco… Nobody goes to Del Taco to eat healthy!!! Give us back our shell!

All I can say is «GHETTOFABOULOUS»!(Its not the worker’s fault though!)

You guys suck! Empty place yet you still take so long to complete a small order. I would not give you any stars if possible.

Every time I come here ESPECIALLY at night I always leave with a smile so friendly and helpful there is one woman I think her name is Jennifer is AWESOME always happy and upbeat can’t help but smile and maybe even laugh a bit she always brightens my day/​night I make sure if I go to del taco In My area I go here!

It’s wonderful to come to a place that wants to be fun. No matter were you work customer service is the utmost, and if you can make a late might drive through fun your doing something right.

This is taco bell. Not a fancy restaurant. I like it so I’ll eat at taco bell from time to time. I loved going through the drive thru. Jennifer made me leave with a big smile. So they get 5 stars for hiring her. The little time i had with her made me leave with a big smile. She’s fun, cool, and gives good service.

This is the best Del Taco in Riverside! There is awesome staff working here. SHAWN helped us in the drive thru and was super nice and even cracked a few jokes with us. We appreciate the great service ! Thanks man

Everyone is always nice! The food is always hot. My order is rarely wrong. I go at least 4 times a week so that’s an amazing track record. Their tacos are my favorite. Double Del runs a tight second. The inside is always clean. The condiments are placed at each table. $ 1 Medium Iced Tea is the icing on the cake.

Jennifer the awesome amazing crazy good customer service in the drive through is the only reason I come here. The food is ok but her attitude and work ethic is outstanding. I AMA general manager for a restaurant and would live to take her off your hands but she won’t budge lol. But good luck to Jennifer and keep this place awesome!!!

After coming back to del taco for one last go-​round, due to lack of good service last few times, Del taco now has my attention back! I walked in with my wife only to hear right as we entered the doors, «Hello, sir, how are you?» From the cashier that took our orders. His name is Joshua. Clean cut younger man, very friendly, made us feel like we had nothing to worry about and great customer service. If i was the boss at this del taco location, i would give him a raise, hands down. Im only assuming he is new to this location due to the color of the shirt he was wearing but after speaking with him, giving him our orders and having him help us the way he did, one might think he had been there and knew exactly what to do. My wife is very happy with this service experience and will now be coming back from now on. Thank you Joshua.

So this is the closest Del Taco to my house I’m sad to say. I normally really like Del Taco… but not this location.
I don’t know why, but every time my bf and I try going here again we find out why it still sucks and we should just stick to the Taco Bell down the street which is a million times better, even if I have to wait longer. We live less than 5 minutes from our house, but by the time we get home our food is ALWAYS soggy & cold and falling apart… and it just never tastes right.
So… I love you Del Taco, but not this location. Actually… just not this location at nite. Occasionally during the day you’re alright.

$.59 cent tacos now, I can’t pass that up. Although I know it’s probably clogging my arteries and shortening my lifespan, i still strangely find myself eating here again and again. The lady at the drive through sure has fantastic customer service. She’s always so peppy and nice, keep it up!

I didn’t have the experience that reviewer Ashleigh Q. did… I actually had fast and friendly service when I came here one evening. The dude even seemed like he cared about his job. he would linger on the «del» part when saying del taco: «Welcome to Delll Taco!» Maybe you just have to come here earlier in the day to get friendlier service?

If you like simple but tasty Mexican fast food, Del Taco will meet your needs. Yes, I am a regular. My favorites are the bean and cheese burrito, breakfast bacon and egg quesadilla meal. I was recently in Pasadena at an expensive Mexican restaurant. After I doled out $ 50 for lunch, I expressed to my wife, «I like the food at Del Taco better.» I guess I like the simple things and saving money. If you are like me, go to Del Taco.
