Everytime I come here I alwayd have a great experience, there service is great and there food is always fresh here and they make it the way you ask them to. It’s great. The only del taco I come to. Thanks guys

Okay, I’ve lived in Woodcrest most of my life and have been going to this Del Taco for years but something’s definitely amiss. Does anyone know if there has been an ownership or management change recently because the food quality has definitely slipped. I say this as a huge fan. This is the best Del Taco I have ever been to and it’s been a delicious fast-​food staple of my fam and friends for years and quality has always been unsurpassed. But again, quality has been slipping. My last five visits, portions have been smaller, food has not been fresh –i.e., stale taco shells, beans, flower tortillas and french fries. The french fries are of particular concern because this is a good indicator of quality control and customer service. Prior to the noticed deterioration you were always able to order fries «well-​done» and they would come out just as ordered — fresh, hot and deliciously crispy. The last five visits the «well-​done» fries were soft, not fresh with somewhat of a funky flavor. It’s almost as if old, unclean oil is being used. I write this not to hurt but to help. Hopefully, management takes notice and quickly rights the ship and brings back the Del Taco we locals have come to know and love.

This has been, and remains the best Del I’ve ever had. I’m generally a huge fan of Del Taco anyway, but the quality of this Woodcrest location puts it far enough above the others to make it memorable. I rock a personalized shirt!

Really good Del Taco, they get the orders right and the food tastes fresh, we got piping hot fries last night! The drive thru person was polite and cheerful, makes a big difference. Our churros were delicious, much better than Disneyland churros and cheaper!

This is the best Del Taco I have ever been too. They are always fast, and they have great customer service. The supervisor that works at night is amazing. I am always trying to steal her. I am here every other day, because my kids love the bean and cheese burritos.

It’s fast food so don’t epect much. But they have special deals on Tuesday and Thursday when you can get 3 chicken tacos for $ 2. Good for poor student.

I hate to have to write a review like this. This has always been the best del taco! However this morning when we went they had what looked like two kids running the place. I don’t carry cash so when they couldn’t figure out how to run my card the girl at the window rudely asked if I had cash, when I said no they then told us there machine was not working. They didn’t give us any other options so we asked for the managers number, your telling me that you have no other means of charging with card except running it? So everyone needs to pay with cash? It’s so ridiculous. We took the number to the location and plan on calling to talk to the manager that is the poorest customer service I have ever received there and makes me want to not go back which is shame because all my years living in this area this has been the best del taco and the owners have always strived to make it that way. Clearly that wasn’t the case this morning!

My absolute Fave Del Taco! Owner takes pride in their franchise and food is always fresh! No skimping! They do take two coupons at a time… And the employees are always really nice through the years… Owner knows how to hire!

I was a customer at your Del Taco today and was shocked and upset that your Del Taco was the only one in the area that had different and higher prices than the other Del Tacos on Van Buren.
I came in for the Tuesday Nite Taco Special only to find out that you were charging $ 1.39 for the special and all the other Del Tacos were charging $ 1.09. That did not seem fair or correct. I also ordered a ½ Bean and Cheese burrito and found out that the price you were charging was $ 1.09 while all the other Del Tacos were only charging $ 1.00.
The third complaint was that your store would not take a survey done from another Del Taco while all the rest of the Del Tacos in the area do not have a problem which store it came from and gladly take the survey because it shows good customer service.
I only live 4 minutes from your Del Taco but I will never come to your Del Taco again and will gladly drive the extra minutes to another Del Taco that does not cheat their customers with unfair prices and has better customer service than your Del Taco.

Each time I eat here, my food is made the way I would want my food made.
It’s not jumbled together the ingredients are actually placed and married together the way it should be. This place actually makes their food the way it looks in the picture. It looks delish and taste delish. No mediocrity here!

We actually live closer to the Del Taco on Wood/​Van Buren, but ALWAYS drive a few more miles to support this location next to Stater Bros! We have been coming here for 18 years and have never been disappointed. Not only do they use better quality fresh ingredients, they take pride in building their burgers, burritos, tacos to perfection. They don’t rush to throw them together, they build them perfectly which I really appreciate. They hire employees who are really friendly and positive, and I love that they play Christian music inside the restaurant. They also support fundraisers and local schools and community! I always feel like a valued customer here and will continue to support them for many more years.

They serve breakfast ALL DAY. Best Del Taco in Riverside. The place is always clean and the service is always fast and friendly. They also serve old Noggle’s dishes if you’re feeling 80s reminiscent!

Best Del Taco in all of Riverside! Have lived near this location for 20+ years and have always had excellent food and service. The employees and owner are all friendly, courteous and my orders are always as I requested. I’ve driven thru other locations over the years but the food is never as good as MY Del Taco :0)

This Del Taco is the Best Del Taco Around.
They Play Christian music in dining room to set a positive uplifting experience.
Fast Friendly Service at a great price, Slightly above coporate pricing but way more flavor, Larger Portions and better quality of products.
They Even have Soft serv Frosty Cones and sundaes.
Employees are super friendly and go out of their way to satisfy all customers.
Store is clean and well run!!!

As Del Tacos go (and I have patronized hundreds of them), this one is A-​OK. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s the closest to my house, but I believe this one is a franchise store, not a corporate store (or vice versa), and their prices on some of my usual items are higher, and they don’t offer some of the newer items that other locations do. For example, I often order the Grilled Chicken Chipotle Tacos, which are usually $.99, but at this store, they are $ 1.09, and I like the Jacked Up Burritos, but this location doesn’t carry them.
If I’m right there, I will go to this location, but I try to go to the one further N on Van Buren, just before the 91 fwy. if I can help it.

I’ve grown up eating food from this Del Taco since it’s the closest to my parent’s house. I never believed it was anything stellar. Their chicken soft tacos have been a staple in my household for many years, but I wouldn’t place credit on this particular location for that. One thing that really upsets me is that they don’t match the prices on specials of those advertised in the waiver sent to my house, they’ll up it on a range of pennies to a significant amount which is just the most money-​grubbing thing I can think of. I know it’s a franchise and that the owner can set his prices how he wants but I’d rather go a little ways down the same street and see if the one off of Wood actually offers the deals advertised before deciding if it’s worth paying upped prices on specials.

This is one of the best Del Taco locations as far as quality is concerned. Worth the extra few miles drive.

You know what the menu is, this review is for this particular location. This is the best ran Del Taco EVER! I’ve been going to this location for 12 years and I have NEVER had a bad order of french fries… EVER! It’s always fresh, even when another Del Taco is more convenient, I will travel the extra miles to get to my Del Taco next to Stater Bros. The food is always fresh and the service is always wonderful. Kudo’s to the management for maintaining this consistency over the years.
