I always have a positive visit at this location employees are always very helpful today I went in and the girl in the fitting room was really nice and at check out I got the same cashier I did a couple Of days ago she’s really nice and friendly and easy to talk to her name is Anilu

I received excellent service here on Friday. The cashier was very friendly and so helpful. She also offered to get help for an item I was looking for in my size. I accepted and I’m really glad I did because although they didn’t have the item I was looking for in my size the gentleman helping me found my size in something similar that I actually ended up liking way more. A+

did not like this store. I’m a huge forever 21 fan but i had the worst experience at this store. when going to check out i had found an item without a tag and the balding guy manager wouldn’t even help to try and find the price and just told the associate to not sell it! it would have taken him 3 minutes to help look but he had to be a cool guy and ignore his customers. i believe his name started with a J. Jake or Jason.idk.either way i now rather shop at the galleria that’s way farther to me.
