Awesome! They have this app you can order from. We got there early and it’s all done. Friendly people, great food and good service. Definitely use the website! Very helpful!!!

Management and staff extremely fun and friendly. Our cashier made several suggestions and he was not at all put out that we were taking our sweet time because we couldn’t decide. Bourbon chicken was decent, House Special chicken is always delicious.

Expensive and not really worth it. Service is always excellent but unfortunately I’ve gotten sick twice eating here … At first I thought it was just me and my sensitive stomach … But when I found out 3 of my other coworkers got sick I knew something was wrong.
Not my favorite place to eat… Probably won’t come back to this location.

I liked this place, very clean, fast service.
I like the food here the noodles were delicious but the house chicken I ordered was way too salty to enjoy :/​other than that everything else was great.

The staff is super friendly! Not sure what her name is but she memorized my name and order after the first couple visits which definitely makes me feel like a valued customer. A little pricy but I love the food here

Went here for their gluten free food was told they have some. They don’t know anything about gluten free food. Talked to person in charge and she said we have nothing to help you. Pick up stix in murrieta knows their stuff.
This one didn’t so we walked out, store was dirty and the workers seemed upset we interrupted their talking time

OMG! I cannot begin to describe how truly awful the food is here! I picked up an order of General’s Chicken w/​fried rice on the side, plus a side of egg rolls, or vegetable rolls. It really doesn’t matter, as they were all just about the most vile excuses for food that’s ever been passed off onto me — and I PAID for that gutter tripe!
The chicken and rice had a very disturbing and unappetizing aftertaste. The flavor of the egg rolls was little better, although I could manage to eat those. What they passed off as «sweet & sour sauce» bore little resemblance to what I would call «standard» S&S. The fortune cookie was edible, but, of course, they were not made there, but purchased by bulk in a box. Everyone does that these days, though, so that really is «non-​reviewable.» I last visited this location years ago when they first came to The Plaza; and now I remember why. It seems I was equally disappointed then, too!
It’s really a shame, as I was really craving some Chinese rice and egg foo yong. They don’t serve egg foo yong, so I ended up being disappointed entirely.
This place is now forever scratched from any further consideration for anything, let alone «Chinese» food. If anyone reading this is entertaining eating here, I urge you to act with extreme prejudice! Check the two or three other reviews I’ve posted here as a reality check. I’ll be steering clear of this establishment, and I strongly suggest you follow my lead.
Chinese? Definitely not, any more than other shops of this sort should be considered. Considered a reasonable substitute? Absolutely not! Satisfying and tasty? Hardly! Save the time; save your money!

That’s about it, it missed on amount of food; when I order king poa I expect more than 4 pieces of chicken. There was at least a cup and half of brown rice and a whole lot of water chestnuts! Then when give my to go order she forgot the utensils, fortune cookies, and napkins. Had I left and not asked I would of been even more bothered.
I can say this much, they apologized and are sending voucher; they did ask if I wanted to come back and they would fix it but «hello» I was on lunch, no time to go back. Not to sure I would go back to that one particular spot.
Maybe I might give them a second chance, still thinking about it…

Been coming here for years and I have absolutely no complaints! The staff is here is beyond helpful and they go above and beyond to provide superior customer service. Both manager Chris and Annie have been nothing but personable over the years remember my name and order.

The customer service here is horrible. Not coming back. The person taking my order made it seem like I was an inconvenience. First rule of thumb. Never make a customer feel like they are an inconvenience… Period!!!

My daughter is a big fan of Pick Up Stix. She and I come here about once a week for lunch. She loves the house special beef and the cream cheese wantons. I usually order the garlic shrimp. I prefer Chinese food that isn’t so sweet, but the food here is way better than any of those places that leave the food sitting under lamps. Everything is fresh and made to order, so that is a plus, and everything is clean. What also really gives this place 5 stars is the customer service. The female manager with the red hair always has a smile and runs her team well. Its great to be greeted when you come in and to hear others be greeted as well.

I don’t eat a lot of Chinese food simply because I find a lot of other Chinese food places often serve their food with lots of oil and/​or fried. I am SO glad I was able to find this Pick Up Stix that offers healthy alternatives here. The restaurant was clean, the employees friendly, and the food fresh and tasty. Even the lettuce in my salad were crisp and crunchy. There are lots of outdoor seating too, so I am definitely bringing my dogs back with me at my next visit so we may dine el fresco.

Great service and the food is not too bad for fast Chinese food. Like the new décor. The prices are just ok for what it is.

More over-​priced food which is a poor excuse for ‘Asian’ flavors and cuisine.
‘Chow Mein’ Noodles are over-​cooked, limp, and swimming in a sauce which I found far too sweet for my taste buds.
‘Firecracker’ Chicken & Tofu sauce is also sweet with no heat to be found. Low quality dark meat chicken pieces used; and again, found swimming in sauce.
Egg Rolls are a decent size but lack flavor and are bland; definitely not worth the upgrade fee. These are probably the only things on their menu that actually require some kind of sauce in order to impart any flavor.
The recent remodel is nice but can’t cover up poorly executed/​prepared dishes. I’d much rather walk around the corner and get a made-​to-​order higher quality sandwich at VONS.
This establishment gets one star for cleanliness and offering Pibb from their soda machine.
Two enthusiastic thumbs down!
Won’t be coming back as I’m partial to saving money and my tastebuds.

They do not honor the hours posted online. This location closes at NINE PM not TEN PM. I can’t stand restaurants that advertise false hours!
