Nice and super clean location. Food is good and a bit healthy. Very friendly cashier.

My go to place to grab a quick lunch … Super fast and friendly service. Great when you only have a 30 mins lunch break.
I usually get the mini beef bowl with veggies. For about $ 5 it’s well worth the money. The portions is pretty filling.
Highly recommend this location.

Rating Two stars only for the friendly service, Caucasian young lady that works the cashier, she always has a friendly welcoming attitude … but LET ME say I was not happy with my FOOD .This place seemed to have downgraded a little. The chicken and beef used to be so much better (quality wise)(taste wise) the Angus beef is very tough and the chicken tastes horrible unless you get white meat. definetly not worth the $ 6.90 and they charge extra for white meat. Go to Panda express or Mongolian bbq in the mall, if u want a GOOD beef bowl for your money.

Went one time and was just horrible.
Don’t even want to elaborate. Been meaning to try a different location do to being a chicken health freak, but just haven’t mustered the courage.

Okay, I was hesitant about giving this horrible review, but after reading through a few of these reviews I now know its just not me… When you walk into this flame broiler, you are met with a pungent smell– I guess its from the food? Maybe not, I go to Flame broiler in Menifee about 3 times a week for lunch and never does it smell. Anyway, the female filipino cashier is rude and talks to you in a fast and short manner. Even looks at you like «hurry up and go» type of attitude. When I was waiting for my food I saw both men either touching their face or picking their noses. It was disgusting. It was a put off to be doing that in a kitchen where you are working near food. I won’t be going here again. Even though I live closely I rather make the drive down La Sierra to Waba Grill where they are clean and super friendly!

The angus beef was so tough… It was really hard to eat. I think I’m going to have to try the chicken next time.
Also they charge an extra whole DOLLAR to use American Express card with out even telling you. Guess since they have it hand written on a piece of paper taped to the counter they its its okay not to mention it before swiping your card :/​
It’s a really small place so if you are going to order lunch you should call it in instead.
Oh and they didn’t even give me forks an my order was to go –_–

This place always runs out of white meat chicken! Can you please have what’s on your menu available until closing? Is that too much to ask?

The food is fantastic but what gave it 5 stars for me is the woman behind the counter. She is so friendly and upbeat and really has great customer service!

I’ve been here a few times and the service and food are always good. This is a smaller store, but I always order to go, so I can’t really complain about that.

Simply… Amazing

When I’m craving healthy eats, this is where I go! I’ve never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I usually get a beef mini bowl because the mini bowls are the perfect size. It’s awesome that they offer brown rice and you can add veggies.
I don’t feel gross after eating here and I love their hot sauce. The workers are also very personable and are great!

Like always the food is good. That is not a problem in any of these restaurants. The problem with this one is how filthy and hot it was inside. I will not go back to this one. I will look for a Flame Broiler somewhere else.

Obviously the food tastes like flame broiler and it’s close, which is why I’ll tolerate the overall experience.
The seating is limited. The older female cashier is a bit unpleasant — I wish she were more friendly and inviting. She was also giving off the vibe like she is the owner which was a bit disheartening since her choice of dress was essentially street clothes. Too informal for a business, much less a business owner during the lunch rush.

Food is Good. Seating is very limited. The older Asian cashier is rude and she does not grant coupons.
There’s a younger Asian cashier certain days and she’s much more pleasant.
Overall for a quick lunch, I like it.

I haven’t been here in a while, but it is nice to find a place with friendly service and consistency. I ordered a beef plate with brown rice and broccoli, and it came out quickly. I think I should have saved three dollars by getting the bowl version, however. The main reason is the cabbage and carrot salad has zero appeal to me, and unless there’s more meat, the difference in cost is not balanced.
Nevertheless, I did like the teriyaki beef. Crispy and moist all at once. In a way it reminded me of that brand of beef jerky that is thick cut and moist. Anyhow, I will get a chicken or mixed bowl next time.

The place is clean and the employees are courteous and relatively efficient. It is furnished with enough tables and chairs to indicate it is open to dine-​in customers, but the restaurant has no restrooms, not even for paying customers.

Disgusting found hair in my food had to drive back to complain wouldn’t refund me for the entire order for having to come back thy wanted me to bring both bowls back even tho I threw one of them away. The guy in there was yelling at me refusing to refund me. Never again will I go there disgusting

I love this place I usually get the chicken bowl with brown rice or the same thing with veggies. Service is prompt, food is great, only issue is the size of the place. Eating there during lunch if your claustrophobic, take out is best.

Love the food– to go. Dining room packed at lunch. Not much space but fantastic food. Healthy. Quick. Friendly. Good value.
