Love this place, always friendly. My kids love their chow mien. I haven’t gotten anything bad their, love their egg drop soup, and recommend the spicy chicken, it’s almost a 50⁄50 ratio of chicken to jalapeño, which I love, heat in every bite. Their beef and broccoli is great as well, the beef isn’t rubbery like a lot of places and the broccoli is cooked well but never mushy or even worse dry. Very very friendly, they almost give you too much food, very generous portions.

Picked up a take out order, got home, and it was 95% fried rice. Really? You can’t even balance portions correctly? That make you thieves. To top it off, food was not that good. Will never be back.

I’ve been coming here for some time already and the food is always deliciously cooked. The portions served are amazing, you get your moneys worth. They have very patient and friendly staff. The place is always clean. My husband and I love it. Very well recommended.

ok so I just tried this place. me and my gf didn’t have much money for dinner so we had to share a combo which I think pissed the lady working off. when i want to pay I said a drink and they out two cups up and charged me for both even though i asked for one. I didn’t say anything because the lady still looked so pissed I was afraid i would be asked to leave. the food was great but the staff was a bit intimidaring.

All the food looked like it had been sitting out for days. I got the chow mein, sesame chicken, and teriyaki chicken that looked the freshest. I was able to take a couple bits of each before throwing it out. Never going here again.

3.5 stars, I would rate this restaurant as very very good or B-‼Good detail to seasonings, flavors & ingredients! They are definitely more generous w/ingredients compared 2similar Chinese restaurants. For example the fried rice truly is fried rice it has vegetables and some bits of protein & the chow mein is also not skimpy it includes onions, celery, & sometimes sprouts so they do dress-up even there chow mein and rice very well‼ So definitely above-average, but if you ask me if I’ve had better? I’ve definitely had much better‼ Also shame on them for not offering coupons and various ways to attract new customers‼ Offer coupons dang it!

I’ve learn something from Unilocal reviews, they could be misleading base solely on personal preference. For example; this place has friendly staff, they serve with promptly matter. clean place. downfall: in my personal opinion, their fried rice is bland, chicken has way to much skin, teriyaki sauce tastes water downed and nothing like traditional teriyaki. this is base in my personal opinion, people might actually enjoy the taste of bland rice or cheap teriyaki, I say this people because this place has good reviews and yet I found it not up to my expectations. for this reason, I try goig to places with bad reviews because everyones taste is different. I’ve learn on Unilocal not to trust everything people say on reviews. sidenote, I didn’t know there was a $ 10 minimum charge to use a debit card. I told the lady to charge extra to use the card, she was kind enough not to charge me extra but she did say that next time she won’t be able to do the transaction with the card if I don’t spend $ 10 or over.

The love fried rice so I was kind of disappointed when I tried Wok In Kitchen — it tasted really plain. The spicy orange chicken was alright, but nothing special. The girl helping behind the counter was nice, the establishment is clean however there is a minimum of $ 10 if you would like to use a credit or debit card. I won’t be back because I’ve had better at different Chinese restaurants.

Freshes Chinese food I’ve had in years. Good portions and nice staff. Try the can Thai tea. Excellent! I will make this our regular Chinese place.

We took out some chow mein only. They were okay but a bit dry. Place is clean and personnel are friendly. Will come back to try more food because it looks yummy. Tried the cheese thingy and they were great as well.

Food tastes good. Great menu selection. Very inexpensive. Better than Panda. Definitely check it out.

Their food is on point and the staff is super nice. Orange chicken on point, not overly sweet. Their chow mein isn’t 95% celery like Panda Express. Their beef and broccoli is tender and amazeballs. The only negative I can think of is you and the Russian family living in your basement better be hungry because they give you a LOT of food. Like a wasteful amount. Like half would suffice. But it’s a good place.

For a fast food Chinese place, its really good. The chow mein is great here. I don’t know what kind of noodles they use, but please, never change it! It tastes fresh and like real noodles compared to some of the dried out stuff you’d get at any other fast food Chinese place in Riverside(trust me I’ve tried almost all of them!). It’s definitely what keeps me coming back. My go to sides are the BBQ pork and teriyaki chicken. Servings are plentiful. My coworkers also like the spicy orange chicken. Service is always usually pretty friendly as well. Did I mention they have sriracha sauce at the tables? They don’t cheap out on you and I appreciate that.

I fully enjoyed this place from the moment I walked in the door to cleanliness, a welcoming staff and guess what,. FRESHLYMADEFOOD! 30 minutes prior to closing even. I couldn’t decide what I wanted because everything look Delish and prepped fresh. I read the reviews after my visit and eating, they must have learned from their mistake. Food is very good. I tired Everything they had out. I got combo A with mushroom chicken and I don’t hate it, I totally dig it. This was my first time here. Hopefully I get the same experience when I go back

I really wanted to like this place because it’s local and they accept credit cards(vs most of the other hole in the wall places accepting just cash), but it’s very blah. The food isn’t bad, it’s just doesn’t stand out at all. I really would only go here if all the other ones were closed, it costs as much as Any other hole in the wall place and with less food and less flavor.

The best word I can use to describe the food is, «Eh.» It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best either. The chow mein was lackluster. It didn’t have much flavor. I got the spicy orange chicken and the sweet and sour chicken. The spicy orange chicken wasn’t spicy. It was a bit sweet. I would get a random bite with spiciness but I think it’s because I would bite into the actual pepper. The sweet and sour chicken was soggy. The flavor again was OK. Now, I am a bit of a cow and I like big portions, so the first thing I noticed was their servings aren’t as big as other hole in the wall Chinese food places. I could have spent the same amount and had more food that tastes better. The only upside is that they do accept cards but it’s only with a $ 10 minimum. But for two people it’s easy to hit the minimum.

Saw a lot of reviews here so decided to check it out. Comparable to Ho-Ho’s or Panda Express, just not as flavorful. Great price The fried rice and chow mein were disappointing. We tried orange chicken, spicy orange chicken, egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Pros: Cheap price, friendly staff, clean. Cons: Cheap, lackluster flavor

I thought the name of this place was very clever and I after reading the pleasant reviews on Unilocal,I had to check it out. Nice portions for a good price. I would recommend if you’re in the mood for Chinese. Fried rice and chow mein were yummy, but I wasn’t a big fan of the hot and sour soup. My dad did enjoy the orange chicken.(I didn’t try it.) They didn’t have any shrimp or vegetable items available for the combos, but they did offer spicy shrimp for around $ 3.50. Very clean place and good costumer service.
