Went in Just to Look and had the best customer experience with Jakarta ! She was awesome and help me make a good purchase and was really excited to get a free selfie stick ! Will be back because of her she’s the best !

I usually don’t write review on Unilocal,but I had to because the girl who named above were really helpful, friendly, and patient with the customers. Me and my mom went to the store browsing around with a lot of cloths on hands just to find out what is good for our trip, and she always makes sure that we got helps, checking our sizes (there are a lot of them) if we need, even take time to give some advice like which shirt can go with which skirt. She is honest and care if the cloth is really fit for her customers, if it doesn’t, she would give her idea in the nice way. She even bring me the shoes to go with the dress I was trying on to see if Im satisfied, and her pick is high fashion :). I would go back because of the service :)

Staff is hip and knowledgeable about pairing outfits with shoes etc…
Love the clothes, purses, jewelry, watches… but my fave are the shoes. So cute and frickin comfortable… sexy as all get out too. Every time we go in, hubby is buying me something that gets his engine going, that’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. I have bought several pair of shoes here, just the other day I could not find jeans, but snagged a cute summer purse in white. Darling.
Love this store, clean, large enough to roam and not be hassled and clean, large dressing rooms.

Whenever Im about to approach this store, I always say to myself «dont look, dont look, dont look…», because I know if I do, I’ll end up going in and leaving with stuff I never intended in buying. Well yesterday was no exception. I got sucked in as soon as I saw one of the manequins modeling a really cute top. god im such a girl sometimes.
Anyways, as soon as I walked in I received a warm greeting from one of the associates. In my head im cursing myself for not having any self
control, as she tells me about the 50% off clearance or whatever on the
back wall… i dont know, I wasn’t paying attention. but I do appreciate
how friendly and attentive she and the other associates were.
Within only a few min of being in the store and already having picked out
two items, another sales associate comes up and asks if id like a fitting
room started. So I hand her my things and she asks me my name so I
make up something easy like Rita and she runs off to the other end of
the store. Well within seconds of picking out another item, another
associate is on me like flies on poop to get me a fitting room started. I
didnt even have to tell her my name was «rita» either, because she just ran off and when I went to try on the clothes I picked out, everything was laid out nicely in the fitting room for me.
So moments later I go to pay for my things. The cute guy at the register asks me if anybody was helping me today, so I look around for one of the 3 girls that helped me out, I spot one, point to her and say «HER», like she commited some crime or something. I just wanted to make sure she gets credit for being so damn helpful. Well I pay for my things, and then just like at nordstrom, the guy walks around the counter to give me my bag instead of sliding it across the counter like they do at other stores. I thought that was cool. especially with how pricey their clothes are.
Overall, GUESS gets 5 stars from me. Stylish clothes and great service means I will definitely be coming back again.

Guess someone’s gotta be the first and since I love GUESS, there’s no person better than me to break the ice on this location.
First off, this place is awesome because it carries BOTH women’s and men’s stuff (unlike the Brea location *ahemmmm*). As standard with all GUESS stores, clothes are always neatly displayed and organized. The male mannequins here are always styled up nicely, and give me a lot of ideas for my personal styling.
Sales associates are very helpful and friendly. One particular young woman named Allison who works here is VERY pretty (she looks like Mandy Moore). Anyways, I believe the manager has helped me here before, too and she was very nice, allowing me to exchange an already worn leather jacket because there was a manufacturer’s defect.
The last pro to this location is that it’s located in the Galleria at Tyler, which is near UCR. So shopping here is not hard for me (15min drive maybe).
The only one downside to this location is that I feel no matter how many times I come, they hardly ever get in any new jewelry/​accessories for men. There are a few necklaces I’ve seen online and they never have them (whereas the Los Cerritos Center GUESS location had the NEWEST ones when I went there once).
And for a very general statement, GUESS merchandise is pricey in general. I’m not gonna lie — I can’t afford to be blowing big bucks on designer clothing, but GUESS’ sharply dressed mannequins and very fashionable & trendy ad campaigns keep sucking my debit card dry. x_​x I often browse the clearance section but all the discounts given are barely 2 inches deep. I’ve seen a vest on clearance that was still $ 60. –_​– But I mean, the quality of GUESS is worth it. The company knows how to lure its customers in.
Overall, this Galleria at Tyler GUESS is a very solid store location. I come here again and again.
