This is an okay, average Torrid. They don’t seem to carry the larger bra sizes. I’ve gone in a few times and for some reason, this location carries a ton of the Disney stuff, which I’m not a fan of. Also, their intimates and clearance sections are tiny.
If you can, I suggest going to the location in the Outlets at Orange. They carry the push-​up bras for $ 25 instead of $ 48.50 and have a wider selection. However, if you’re just getting jeans and regular clothing, this location will be fine.

This one before). This review is based solely on this particular store. Man, has this place gone down hill. The last time I was there, they were close because they were relocating down the stairs, today I went in and it was still in the same spot! The store was incredible messy, cramped, and unorganized. There were unfolded clothes strewn every where. It doesn’t look like the place has ever been vacuumed with little scraps of paper, hair, and god knows what else all over the fitting room floor. The racks were crammed and the mannequins were poorly designed. The one girl I identified as an employee who let me in a fitting room and was also checking people out hardly said two words to me. But even if she did I doubt I would’ve noticed trying to look passed her inappropriately low neckline. The professionalism was non existent. I ended up leaving the store and took note of the sizes of the items I liked so I could purchase them online.

Over priced women’s clothing but I really do like how my wife looks in them. I must admit they do look better crumpled on the floor next to the bed then they do on the racks at torrid.

Way overpriced for the quality of thier clothing. 30 dollars for a tshirt so thin I can see thru it, no hems on the arms, no stitches on the front decoration where there are slits in the fabric so it would just continue to tear otherwise. I bought it online and it looked way better in the picture. I returned it to the local store where they only had two ladies on the floor and a line way too long. One lady was so slow I had to bite my tongue from being rude. Literally it was the other girl doing three to her one and when she had to go let someone into the dressing room she would just walk away, not letting anyone know she would be right back. Once I got up there she couldn’t even do a return. Said I would have to wait in line for the other, faster girl. I said I would not be waiting in line again but luckily the girl finished just in time so I didn’t have to wait any longer then the 20 minutes I already waited in the first place. Needless to say, I wasn’t pleased on any level and won’t be spending my money there. If they are going to charge so much for a tshirt, it should be worth it and not something I can get for 5 bucks at Ross. Very disappointing.

Reallllllly cute plus sized clothes! But some of the prices were like daaang I can’t justify paying that much. I found these crazy cute boyfriend jeans in my size, but they were $ 98. I was bummed. Other than that they have lots of cute stylish clothes and I will definitely be back for more! Employees are all very helpful with sizing and give good advice on what would look good and compliment your body the best.

I have great service when I come into this store, the employees always make me feel so special and that they actually care about my business. The best thing is is that the girls aren’t pushy, its not about making a sale, its about making the relationship with the customer and that makes my experience great. I love this store and I will continue shopping here, thank you for all your help and your amazing service!

As a big girl it’s hard to find nice clothe that fit, thank you torrid! This is store has great outfits and they also have shoes in my hard to find size (11) the staff is fantastic. Everyone is very helpful, you pretty much get the royal treatment when you come in, the clothe rang from business to punk rock chick. The only thing is that it is very pricey, but they do have haut cash which is basically when you spend 50 you get a 25 $ card towards your next purchase. I n ended up getting 100 $ in haut cash and use them all at one on some new outfits.
