I love this in n out. I come here once a week and the food is always fresh and yummy. This last visit was a little disappointing because what I love about in n out is eating my burger with yellow peppers but in this visit they ran out of peppers. So I had to eat my burger without those delicious peppers.

You’re better off driving over to the Madison street in n out. I didn’t mind the 40 minute wait in the drive thru to get to the window since it was obviously busy. But waiting 14 minutes AT the window for a cheeseburger with no onion or tomato & 2 fries was quite annoying, to top it off they didn’t even get the order right. Waste of time and money. I understand people make mistakes because they’re human, but if I’m going to have to sit at the window for almost 15 minutes you’d think they would take the e and get the order right!

In n out used to have the absolute best fries hands down, not this location, I can’t even get warm fries here. How can they not know they are giving out cold, chewy fries.

This is officially the slowest In and Out in the world. Horrible! They need to fix this ASAP. I won’t be back, for sure. Hurry already. It’s 30 min. It shouldn’t take this long.

I love love love this innout. There’s something unique about it ! I guess it’s just that it’s the old school double drive thru. This particular innout gets way more busy than any other I’ve ever been to I wonder why? Maybe it’s the awesome employees and great food that keeps customers coming back.
Please innout do not change this location !! Leave it old school I think it retains its original scene and just looks cooler in general. I used to go to the bungalow location in San Bernardino (which used to be a double drive thru) and ever since they took it down and made the newer version I haven’t been back. The one on clay at riverside is my new favorite.
The long wait is always worth it at innout.

We set up a store tour with our special Ed students. Manager Chris and Wanda did a fabulous job giving our class a store tour. What a wonderful experience for both our students and staff. We got to learn the history and founders of In-​N-​Out and how they have spread out to different states and have over 300 locations. Thank you again In-​N-​Out team! We appreciate you having us. And special shout out to the store manager Chris! He did an awesome job with our students.

Staff is so friendly! And food is incredible as always. I understand that the wait can be an inconvenience sometimes but there is always a legitimate reason, and it’s worth the wait. Love this in n out.

I don’t know what the f is going on but the wait is getting ridiculous. Every time we’ve gone lately there is at least a 15 – 25 min wait and we are the ONLY car in the drive thru.
The only reason I come here is because my girlfriend or else I wouldn’t come at all. Also, If it wasn’t for her I would have only given one star.

Everybody pretty much knows about In N Out, so I’ll just share some of my own observations about this location. First off, it’s slow. Despite two drive thru windows, it takes awhile to put your order in and get your food. Its been so packed during the few times I’ve been there, I drive an extra mile to go to another one. There’s no dine in area, but ample seats outside. I once made the mistake of parking and going to the walk up window to place my order, thinking it might be a little quicker… but, nope. However, their service is stellar.

Normally I would give In N Out 5 stars, but today was BAD.
I placed my order, and rather than writing it down or putting it in on her computer, the girl just ran back and told the cooks my order. This worried me, and sure enough when the guy at the window read it back to me, it was horribly wrong. I re-​ordered with him, he read it back, correctly this time, and I paid for my order. A few minutes later, he handed me my bag and I left. Got home, the order was still wrong. Very disappointed.

Gave one star because the staff was nice! This place is the worst In n Out… don’t recommend it… got home and the frys were so bad we didn’t even eat them. After asking them to replace them because they were overcook the first time. I feel like I just wasted my money. The drinks where flat and they forgot to give me the spread and ketchup.

No dining room means you’re getting a complimentary order of exhaust if you choose to dine in the patio. But no matter, all you’re gonna smell is your delicious burger and fresh French fries.
Not much to say about the brand, you know exactly what you’re getting if you’ve been here before. But for the noobs, get the number 1 with a coke and you’re on your way to heaven.
They may not have a dining room but they do have restrooms for guests and they’re surprisingly clean. You should expect that at all of their locations. It’s just one of the many accommodations you can expect from this company.

I love in n out
But what happened to the fast paced drive thru? I understand that they are popular and busy
But I feel like the line just doesn’t move some times
I think they used to be timed on how fast they got your meal out
But literally waiting 16 minutes when there’s only 2 cars in front of me and 2 in the other line is kind of ridiculous
Food is always delicious and looks just as good as advertised

There are 2 drive thru lanes where you can order. It’s definitely not a place where you can sit down and have lunch outside. In fact, I don’t think there is any outdoor seating at all.
My order was taken immediately as I drove up and waited no more than 3 minutes to get my food. Workers smiled and were really friendly. No problems here.
