Jack in the Box

Very poor customer service. Specially from a girl Phylicia and the guy manager as well. Rude responses. They always mess up or forget something in my order. Always in the drive-​thru too. Won’t go back. Not worth my time or money.

Usually they are fast and good but in the past year they’ve gone down hill. Still fast but kind of snotty window service and shotty burgers. I got home and my burger looked like someone danced on it in high heels. When I went back through the line, the girl was like «what’s wrong with it?» I said «look at it!» So she went in the back and I saw the girl making the burgers look over at the window and I got a new one… But the night crew looks like an episode of Orange is the New Black. It’s an all female, night crew and I don’t trust the lot of them. I probably ate spit for asking for a new burger… But it was tasty so whatever.

Can’t say too much about a fast food place but this place usually serves quickly with the same quality as other fast food places. Nothing special but definitely a decent spot to get your 4 a.m. munchies

Your night crew sucks!!! The food was crap. Thanks for screwing up my entire order to where non of it was edible. So much for late night fast food.

Lazy rip offs. I always order a grilled chicken patty for any of my chicken sandwiches at no extra charge and this place tried to charge me $ 2.50 extra on top of the original price. Must of been too much work for the request instead of using a reheated patty.

It’s fast food… Service is the usual. Nothing to complain about. …but nothing to say good either.

Normally good but the bigger lady in the early morning drive through was speaking Spanish to the people in the back. That was rude, especially because I knew what she was saying. Don’t talk bad about your customers even if you think they don’t speak Spanish lol.

I never thought I would give Jack in the Box a five star review, but they are so nice and helpful here they deserve every one of those stars. This place is great, they are fast and the food is always hot not cold.

I am a nurse and I work long hours to save life’s and I usually love jack in the box but this night was different the night manager was taking my order and I couldn’t hear her really over the mic and she wasn’t repeating my order right got to the window and ask a question about the new donuts she had no answer and just right away stAted what’s your order at which time I repeated it and I asked her if she heard me on the mic she said YES! Then slam the window? I was thinking if she heard the order why did she even ask what the order was? The way she act was like we didn’t even matter and she just wanted to rush us away the time was around midnight so it wasn’t anyone in line at that point she just was very unprofessional to be a night manager giving jack in the box a bad view on costumer service. I asked her for corporates number and she stated that she was not allowed to give then I asked what was her name she stated it’s on the receipt wow so after looking at the receipt the managers name was Stephanie very rude !!!

Friendly staff is always good and they won’t make it until you order it, south of Castle park close to La Serria blvd, parking is limited, and the value meals are 6.00 plus tax comes with a drink and up can upgrade your drink to the large for a few cents more, not bad

My parents went there for lunch last Thursday. My mom went to use the rest room and they had the floor soak and wet from mopping it…(the access water was just sitting there) my mom fell… yes they had cones up but the floor should not have been left that wet. Anyways not one person asked my mom if she was ok… not one person went to my dad to offer to help get her up off the floor. my dad had to yell for someone. The manager Deborah filled out a report and said someone will be calling to check up on you. Well no one bothered to call .my mom calls just to tell them what happened and the floor shouldn’t be so wet… the response was… the floor will be wet when they feel the need to mop… luckily my mom is ok just one big bruise… they said they did not call because they assumed she was ok… WAY TO GO JACK IN THE CRACK

The food is standard jack in the box food but the drive thru service is great! I’ve been here several times and they’re always speedy and super friendly. My orders are always accurate too.

All my food was old. My coke was flat, my sourdough burger was cold and the meat pattie was dried and old. I refused to go back since I did go drive-​thru and was already home. The curly fries were almost stale. I’ll never go back to that location, even if I’m starving!

The staff here have such a great attitude. Every time I come here — and I mean every.single.time — they are friendly, polite, courteous, and positive. The food here is good — I mean it’s Jack-​n-​the-​Box so I usually get what I expect — but the great attitude by the staff is the main reason I keep coming back. They always make me feel like a valued customer, even when I am pulling through the drive-​thru at midnight in a dirty car, pajamas, with messy hair and no makeup. Whatever their manager is doing in regards to recruitment and training, I hope they keep it up because every staff member I’ve encountered here has been wonderful. Special kudos to Carlos, who tonight kept calling me «young lady» (even though I am probably older than him, lol!) and was super sweet — I had never thought to review this place until he waited on me tonight. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and have an urge for yummy fast food. Keep up the good work! :)

Victoria is a really hard worker! She was pleasant to everyone, got my custom order correct & had a genuine smile the entire time. Great service!

I agree with Tony S there, the guy who works the drive-​thru has to have the best customer service Ive ever seen from a fast food employee! He juggled my ketchup packets before handing them over to me haha that would be enough for anyone to come back

I have been here 3 times now and the service is awesome. They are really friendly. The food taste like any other jacks so you know what your getting; however the customer service in the drive thru for me has been outstanding. 5 stars for service, 2 for (but I know what I am getting)
The manager should keep doing whatever they are doing with the recruiting and training.

The guy who works the drive thru has the awesomest customer service ever, he always flairs your soda while getting ready to hand it to you, very upbeat, food is consistent, who doesnt love 2 tacos for a buck :)

I came the other night in search of the Outlaw burger I’ve been seeing on billboards. I ordered it with chicken. IT IS AMAZING. I never knew or maybe had forgotten how great JIB can taste. It tastes just like how the ads make it look. Its huge and very satisfying. Try it!!!

Order the Big Cheeseburger, tell them to hold the ketchup and substitute grilled Sourdough, you just have to trust me on this one…
Pretty good breakfast + it’s served ²⁴⁄₇. Before I started to lose weight recently, my typical midnight run here was 2 of the Big Cheeseburgers I told you to order, a seasoned Curly Fry & Coke. Not good for you maybe, but a delicious 4^th meal. I go to the one right off the 91 on La Sierra, some of the others I’ve been too don’t seem to know how to grill the Sourdough bread, and it’s soft and weird tasting. It’s always super crunchy and fresh tasting at this one.
