Little Caesars

I want to give his place exactly 2.5 stars but I’ll round it down since I can’t give half stars…
I mean this is a real life example of: «you get what you pay for». For a $ 5.00 pizza it’s not bad. During football season, I get a pizza nearly every week! It’s a easy and cheap meal.
My only wish is that they need to be more consistent when they make these $ 5.00 pizzas. One week it’s perfect the next week it’s not. I mean it’s dough, sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Four ingredients that are placed into a belt driven oven; when it comes out of the other end, it’s done. If that is not a formula for consistency then, I don’t know what is…
There’s a secret item that I always order and it’s called Crazy Bread… WAIT!!! Order the Crazy Bread «Extra Crazy»!!! Don’t ask what that means! Just order it that way and try it. If you like it then, come back to my review and vote «Useful»!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! First off, they do not put effort in making the pizza. It looks like they just randomly threw the pepperoni and cheese on some dough and threw it in the oven. The last pizza I bought from here looked like it was dropped on the floor! They also charge extra if you want less sauce which is ridiculous! I bet they just throw the whole jar of sauce on a single pizza. Gross!
The worst part of this place is the employees! They seriously need to hire new workers if they want customers to come here. The cashier was extremely rude with an annoying attitude.
I go the extra couple of miles to the little caesars in kmart. They are somewhat nicer. Never coming here again! They should do a better job if they expect customers.

THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS. The kids that work here are annoying & rude. They should probably look into hiring people that actually show some respect. Oh and the pizza was far from hot & ready, it was cold & stale. This used to be my favorite pizza l, but the kids of riverside ruined it.

This little Caesars is normally ok. But the have young rude girls working there now. Kristen was such a bxxxh. Her customer service skills are horrible. If you don’t like working get another job. Never coming back here again

I am only giving 1 star because I am not allowed to give zero! I usually go to the other Little Caesars down the street (inside of Kmart) but on this particular day I was closer to this location due to my daughter’s birthday party we were hosting. I called ahead with my order; they said it would be 25 minutes! Ok, no biggie… after all it was a Saturday afternoon. I ordered 3 pizzas with easy sauce (pizzas were for kids and if there is too much sauce the cheese slides RIGHT off) They then told me that each pizza would be $ 6 instead of $ 5. I asked why and she said «Because you asked for easy sauce» Sooooo because I want LESS product you want to charge me more? «Yes» she said. So I get there and my pizzas are still not ready. It is crazy hot inside the building. I wait an additional 5 – 10 minutes and then they proceed to tell me that «No one was watching your pizzas and they are burnt. Would you mind waiting another 20 minutes for new ones?» ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You charged me more money for less product AND you want me to wait close to an hour for 3 cheap a$$ pizzas??? Unbelievable!
I asked for a refund and got major attitude from the staff. I called the Little Caesars in Kmart and ordered from them (which is what I should have done in the first place) I will NEVER order/​buy from this store EVER again! I know that leaving this negative review will probably not detour to many people from stopping by and picking up some cheap pizzas (because we all know that if we are looking for a good place to eat pizza Little Caesars is the LAST place we look) but hopefully you will drive an extra 5 minutes and go to the Little Caesars inside of Kmart.

Terrible service here. In the past I’ve called my order in and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. After arriving 40mins after I ordered it still took another 30 mins. Then today stopped in for a «hot and ready» pizza and was told it would be 10−15mins. I’ve now been waiting 30mins and the girl behind the counter didn’t even remember taking my order. Wtf?

I’m only giving 1 star because you have to give at least 1. If I could do 0 stars, I would.
It’s called Hot-​N-​Ready, not Hot-​N-​Wait for 20-​minutes. If I knew I had to wait 20-​minutes, I would have gone somewhere with quality pizza. Not at all worth it.

Terrible. Unclean. Hot and ready? How about NOT ready ever!!! Very slow and customer service is terrible!

We usually go to this location and the pizzas are good. This time they rushed the pizza out of the oven, cheese was everywhere, and there was meats all over the place. Pizza looked nasty and didn’t taste great.
Sad because I really like this place. The employees are rude, but the pizzas are usually good. Won’t come back here again.

Hot n Ready is a joke at this location. For the 5^th time I went in and they said it would be ready in 20 – 25 minutes. You would think since it was the weekend they would be alittle more prepared. I have even called in an order one time and was told rudely that its hot and ready.

Just your avg Little Caesars $ 5 pizza. This place is usually always crowded. There is a HS just a block away so lots of foot traffic after school and during lunch time. The good part about waiting for your pizza is it is fresh

This place use to be really quick and have their HOT-​N-​READY ready to go like they advertise. I have been experiencing 10 – 15 min wait times on my past few visits. I might as well use Papa Johns or Pizza Hut if they keep this up…
