Great system. Great service. Great people. Highly recommended. I had a lot if difficulty with my other alarm system company because they would never answer their phones or come to appointments on time. This company is the absolute opposite. Very helpful. Dedicated and knowledgable workers.

Crap, crap, crap! There should be a negative rating on this scale. I don’t know who’s worse… Millennium Alarm or ADT the company Millennium is an authorized agent for. Both have crappy customer service — worse than the old phone company, the cable company, you name it… they’re worse. Once they suck you into a contract, they have this«we don’t care attitude» because there’s nothing you can do to get out of it. Customer service is almost non-existent, I was lucky to get a return phone call from the many messages I left. Once they did call back — I wished I’d never heard from them because they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything. Their equipment is crap — I get false alarms and sensor notices all the time. We had ADT years ago and after seeing their nifty commercials about the new touch-screen control panel, we were tempted when the sales guy showed up on our doorstep. The ADT guy told us we could have our system reactivated AND upgraded for no charge as long as we signed the 2-year contract. Too bad ADT didn’t know what Millennium was doing! Millennium gets here — AFTER we signed the contract — and told us that they don’t offer that type of system. That’s right, we were duped with the old switcheroo! Don’t do it! I’m ready to call them and tell them to turn off the whole system. Unfortunately I’ll have to keep paying the contract off but I’d rather not have to deal with them at all. There are plenty of alarm services out there that have customer service, will deliver what they promise and not leave you feeling raped by the big corporation that doesn’t give a sh*t.
