Really disappointed. Started off well. They came and took my TV for repair which was helpful. But then it took weeks to get it back. When I did get it back, the picture was off kilter. Because of work, I could have them come back right away. When they finally did, they looked at it, used a special remote and when they couldn’t fix it that way told me that they had used a board from another TV and evidently it wasn’t the right one. I was shocked as I paid a lot of money for the repair. Almost the price of a new one. They told me they would have to come back to get it and they would look for the right board. I’m still waiting for that call. So tomorrow, Black Friday, I will go buy a new TV and be thankful that I can. But I would never recommend or use them again. And I don’t like writing bad reviews. Part of why it took me so long to actually do so.

I have had 2 different TVs fixed for myself. He has the best service call price around BYFAR! He knows all the brands and is likely the last honest repairman in existence. I’ve also referred at least 5 people to him and never had any complaints or regrets. Thanks Terry

It takes a lot for me to give a poor review; especially for local small businesses. As such, this qualifies for a bad review. I called this business of 30 years to repair my Mitsubishi DLPHDTV because the inputs weren’t working but i was particularly concerned about the HDMI input not working(it is an HDTV afterall). He arrived, took the tv, and after 4 days, returned it to my house. We plugged it in, connected the TV, but the HDMI was still not working. i asked the gentleman and his partner why? He answered it was working in his office. He hooked it up to his coaxial cable line and it worked. I reminded him it’s and HDTV. He answered he didn’t check the HDMI! He’s a 30 year professional repairman?! This crossed me as unprofessional at best! I was shocked that he refused to take it back to do the job for which I called him. Be sure to let him know exactly what you need done. Don’t take for granted he will do that which you believe is understood.

My TV stopped working so I called Mobile TV and they came the next day. Terry, with his assistant, took my TV to his warehouse on Wednesday and returned it good as new Saturday morning. Mobile TV is really quick and did a great job. The only thing that got me was I was quoted $ 250⁄300 and ended up with a bill of +$ 300. Ouch!
