I don’t understand businesses that don’t explain to their employees how to appreciate customers and apply good service! I’ve had too many problems with carry out orders, yet when someone there makes a mistake, they feel annoyed that I’ve pointed out the mishap. I’m never angry and always understanding but I can’t continue to go somewhere or recommend a place where I’m treated like a nuisance. So I’d advice to go somewhere else where your money is accepted with a smile, and you’re valued! I know it’s just food, but you should at least enjoy the experience.

It makes me absolutely disappointed that for the second time in a row, my pizza is being delivered 30 minutes past the quote time. The last time the pizza box and container for my wings had dents in them, what made me more upset was that my food was cold. I didn’t call, but this time I did because the same situation was happening again. Another cold delivery, no breadsticks, Parmesan I specifically asked for, or marinara, the wings only had sauce in the middle, the pizzas didn’t have the crust flavor I asked for. The pizzas that are in the box are a circle and rectangle, the picture shows two rectangles, which makes me feel as if they really just forgot about my order and threw it together after I called 25 minutes later. No apology or regard for concerns. I didn’t ask for a discount or for my meal to be waived, all I wanted was great customer service, to be heard, and to be told, nicely, that my food was on its way and above all to be assured my order was correct. Instead I got«Well, we got busy» and a hang up.

The cashier was so slow. She seems very incompetent and confused. It took us about 20 minutes and 2 people to complete our order. She had no sense of organization or professionally. I feel like workers here’s should take a test before working here. Messed up my order. Also, they need to learn to speak up. I asked someone to repeat my order and he was literally whispering. Speak up and be confident. This place is filled with amateurs

Dang after seeing all the low amount of stars the pizza hut by my house in fontana must be the worst of the worst because this pizza hut that i’ve been going to since I was a youngin has always been cooked to perfection. The pizza was made to order and on time. The customer service was great and food perfect. Definetly would go back.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve dealt with. I tend to not like Pizza Hut in general, but I usually tolerate it. There are times when you get decent pizza, but this one store just did not even compare to the other stores I’ve been to. My friend calls to order a pizza while I quickly got a few things from Target. I did not take more than 10 minutes. So as soon as I’m done, I head to Pizza Hut. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and I paid for the pizza. The guy says that they’ll let me know when it’s ready. He said it wouldn’t take too long. So I sit down on the bench. Tell me why I waited an extra 10 – 15 minutes? I got really irritated because supposedly it wasn’t going to take that long. Well I’m just sitting there and then I decide to ask how much longer. I’m standing there like an idiot for a good 3 minutes. Nobody bothered to ask me if I needed help. The guys were either busy making other pizzas or chit chatting. I’m at the register waiting for someone to come up. I’m not the type of person to yell out for assistance because I think that’s rude. But I just stood there. Finally someone comes up and asks if I wanted to place an order. I said no and that I was wondering how much longer for the pizza. … Tell me why it was ready? I was so upset. I just wanted to get out of there because I was ready to go off on them for wasting my time. I just left. When I got home, the pizza was obviously not fresh. It was waiting in the warmer for a while. The cheese on it was so scarce you would’ve thought I asked for no cheese. The toppings were very stingy and random. This place is horrible. I’d rather go to Little Caesars any day as long as I’m not going to this place. Horrible! The management needs to do something about this place.

I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt when I see an overall low rating, but this pizza but has really earned its pathetic low score. My original pizza was not made to order, which I didn’t realize until I had already driven home. I called and was told I could have the pizza re-made. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was told that it wasn’t ready and I would get a phone call when it was finished. I sat in my car and waited about 45 minutes. No phone call. I returned to the store to follow up and was told that the pizza had been ready for 40 minutes. Compound my review with all other Unilocal reviews for this same Pizza Hut — consistent disappointing service and order mistakes. I DONOTRECOMMEND. Drive to another location.

The 4 times we have ordered they have screwed up the order. When call to complain they put me on hold call back they never answer. While speaking to the manager rudely get put on hold again with out letting me know. Since thrue the phone is not working. Go to the store just to get laughed at and they continue to be rude and think it’s a game. Very awful service, will never order from this pizza Hut again. I hope they return money as promise and hope something get done, bad service and low quality of food.

Well not surprise by the low amounts of stars coming from this location. It’s absolutely accurate that the lack of customer service resulted on my delivery the other day. The girl who took my order had no communication skills whatsoever! And for the fact that I knew it was graduation week. I knew it would be busy. So the one hour and 8 minute wait didn’t bother me. But as soon as the delivery got here, they forgot my 2 liter of mountain dew. You had all that time to organize my order and he realizes what’s missing from taking a glance of my receipt. Sorry, unacceptable. But he did manage to get me one from a nearby store, except this time it was WRONG! and brang me Squirt. I’m done with Pizza Hut. By the way… my mushroom pizza tasted days old. My pizza always comes out great! The reason they don’t deserve 5 stars is because they constantly go back and forth on bringing me my pizza after dark. Sometimes they do and other’s I get a call back saying they can’t deliver it, which is very frustrating since sometimes I’m at home alone with my baby and it’s too much work to go pick up.

This location is a waste of money. I had pizza delivered to our place and it came cold like it’s been sitting for a day already, and I have to recut the pizza since the bottom is still a whole circle. Lol. Called them to complain so they will be more aware of how they make their pizza and won’t do it to other customers, and the girl that answered just hung up the phone after I told them the problem. Order from Dominos, they’re much better pizza.

When they cancelled my order because they were«out of pizza,» they didn’t call or leave a message. When I told them they didn’t call, they all but called me a liar. When I told them I’d complain to the parent company, the manager said«Ok!» and hung up on me. Thanks for nothing, manager Christina!

Sadly it is hit and miss at this location… when they are on it, it is a great experience from customer service to the product itself but they are having an off night it is terrible… since it is around the corner we tend to give them plenty if chances or we just really like pizza…

Ordered some pizza from here for some friends. HUGEDISASTER. Pizza was terrible, wasn’t made to how we requested, some items were cold and the service at the front was dismal. Even though this place is less than a minute away from my house I’m never ordering pizza from here. Do yourself a favor NEVERORDERPIZZAFROMTHISPLACE! cold and dirty pizza!

Ordered a one cheese, pepperoni olive pineapple, and supreme pizza. The cheese was sooo over cooked that it was borderline burnt. Not a good Pizza Hut location.

Not sure why people keep giving this place one star, but it was an average visit to this location. I didn’t run into any issues, and my transaction went smoothly. My pizza sauce was a bit tangier than usual, but overall it was still good.

I just wanted to add, it took over a week to get a replacement ATM card. When they could have called my cell phone that night(or anytime after that even) to let me know they still had it. All the manager offered me for the inconvenience and harassment of being hung up on for over a half an hour was a free pizza. That is a whole $ 10BFD. I still hope he was able to watch the tapes(assume the camera does something?) and fire the person that hangs up on people that call before they close.
