Subway

Originally ordered tuna sandwich and change my mind. One of the female employees remove the tuna off the bread. the same bread to make A Italian sandwich. The sandwich was disgusting flavored tuna Italian doesn’t go together

Typical subway restaurant. Today I ate and after I was done I staid a bit longer to keep cool before going back to work. One of the workers approach me and asked if I was done. She picked up my tray and put it away after trashing the wrapper and dirty napkins. Good service not seen in many subways.

I had a short lunch between classes and decided to stop by here for a quick bite. The girls working the station had no customer service. I decided to be extra nice to see if I can get some sort of customer service out of them but had no luck. I was already not impressed. I had 2 coupons, one for «any foot long sub for $ 6» and one for «free guacamole». I got a chicken sub with guac, after getting to the register and showing her the coupons, one of the girls said no you can’t use both at the same time. I was okay with that so I asked to use to any sub for $ 6 one. The sub still came out to $ 9. I was still okay with just paying and getting out of there and make it back before class started. The credit card machine was down and I didn’t have any cash on me. She messed with the computer for 10 minutes before calling a manager. The very unprofessional manager shower up 10 minutes later and went behind the counter and handed me a cup saying «here free drink for you». I didn’t say anything. By this time my toasted sub was cold and my lunch time was running out. He messed with the computer for another 5 minutes and at that point I had enough. I was like sorry I need to go, I’ll just leave this sub here. Without any other word exchange the manager said okay thank you and had me walk out. I had no time to get anything to eat and starved all day. Not going back there any time soon.

Stopped by tonight 15 minutes before closing time. Walked in didn’t see anyone then two heads pop out of the back. Both with dirty looks on the faces. One goes back to doing whatever she was doing in the back while the other pushes a cart with mats on it. The girl pushing the cart then tells me «Sorry but our computer is down.» Mind you, I can see on the part of they screen facing the customer the last transaction for $ 17 and change. Now based on what I have seen in the couple minutes I spent here, I would imagine that is not a coincidence. This is speculation, but sounds to me like they didn’t want to help anyone and were trying to leave early.
It sucks when the first time you go somewhere and have a bad experience. I will not be coming back. I will go out of my way to go to a store that wants my money.

I swung by for dinner after running a quick errand at Target next door. The restaurant was pretty clean and the service was quick. I got the usual turkey breast and it was everything I expected!
