The feel is like all other pizza joints. Walk in, get your order, wait like 30 minutes and food is ready. I like their choice of food.

You can never go wrong with pizza. As usual, Pizza Hut is the go-​to for fast and cheap pizza. Only thing about my experience tonight at Pizza Hut is that we waited a long time for our order. Our order was ready to go but no one was at the cash register for minimum 10 minutes. Other than that, it’s Pizza Hut, and you can’t go wrong.

Picked up a pizza and discovered that it had been sitting around for a while before Utes’s skintight us. It was cold and soggy. They brought us another one but it ruined our plans.

My boyfriend is vegan so he usually orders the thin and crispy, no sauce, and only vegetable toppings. I wanted to try a different crust so I got one with garlic buttery crust, and when they delivered, his thin and crispy also had it, so he couldnt eat it. I called and asked for our money back since they messed up on his order and he couldnt eat it anymore, and the girl (very rudely) said she would refund us. Its been about 2 weeks and we still didn’t get a refund. Watch out if your order messes up, because they refuse to take responsibility for it and will not refund or replace your order.

This is so conveniently located close to UCR campus so naturally it’s my go-​to place for a late night pizza fix!
The workers here are incredibly nice and the store itself is situated in a tiny, wooden building. It looks absolutely adorable! Highly recommend this place as it is usually still open an hour or two after all of its competitors and their pizzas always come out hot and fresh at the exact time they say they’ll make it!

Awhile ago I ordered pizza here that had mushrooms in it. What surprised me was when I opened my box and I saw a whole mushroom including the stem sitting on top of my pizza. Because of that, I vowed never to come again.
Luckily for them, I decided to try again since they had a cheap deal going on. With my pizzas, I ordered waffle fries. I went to go pick it up and there were only about 4 – 5 waffle fries? It barely filled the box! I asked them about it and they gave me another order of waffle fries free of charge.
If I didn’t open the box to check before leaving, I would’ve been deeply disappointed.
My last visit was the best. I got what I asked for and nothing went wrong!

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and have always had the best customer service especially from the manager Gloria! She was very polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly, every time I go in I am greeted any the entire staff. They are all so friendly.

Customer Service: 4 Stars. Cashier was really nice. Smiled and explained prices.
Food/​Taste: Hot Wings 5 Stars. Pizza 4 stars-​like big pieces of pepperoni, sausage, spinach, etc.

I politely asked them to write I love you in the box for me, but instead they mockingly wrote it outside of the box «I love you inside the box» it was very immature, if this is something that your establishment doesn’t do then that is fine. But I find it highly disrespectful that they would mock me, even though I left a generous tip. I will NOT be visiting this establishment again. I do not agree with this sort of behavior towards a paying customer.

Pizza! The beloved dish of the masses! One of the foods we wished loved us back as much as we loved it. Sadly it’s not as healthy as we’d like but it’s WELL worth the indulgence, am i right… That can’t be said for this parrticular Pizza Hut!
I’ve been on my clean eating habits and one night my mother comes to me with the idea of pizza. Immediately I’m on board because it’s just been too long since I’ve had a good fix. With the SPAM that comes in our physical mail I filtered out one of the Pizza Hut coupons with their new crust flavor advertisements! We were stoked and we ordered for delivery!
I open the box after much anticipation and hunger on level 1000 going on 2. This had to be one of the least appetizing looking pizzas I had seen. It looked lifeless. We ordered pepperoni and sausage like usual and that usual flood of excitement and salivation that comes with a pizza box opening was met with disappointment. But I didn’t let that stop me, I however denied that impulse and dug in… All it took was one bite. It was a lukewarm pizza with hardly any sauce. Tired dehydrated depressed cheese and dry crust with the flavor being a subtle aftertaste… No joke, I immediately ordered Papa John’s after and was pleasantly FULFILLED!
Pizza Hut on University, you have a lot of work to do. This isn’t the Pizza Hut brand that I used to know.

No consistency. Came in to pick up my order I placed through the App, I came in and stood at the register for 4 minutes with NO ONE acknowledging me, with no other customers in sight, where I watched some skinny guy in the back literally texting the entire time. Once he was finished, he looked up at me and came out, told me my total and I handed him my debit card, he took it and said he needed my ID, told him it was in the car and my cards on file, he VERY quietly mumbled I needed it to use the card. Fine. I went to my car and grabbed my wallet, waited now in the 3 person deep line with only an associate named Patty nicely helping customers. Meanwhile the skinny guy was on the work phone (he didn’t have a name badge on) then hung up, went in the back and proceeded to text, while there’s still a line, then came back out and got back on the work phone. Well a few minutes later, I finally got to the front of the line where I gave Patty my debit card AND SHE DIDNT ASK FOR MY ID!!! Sooooo, why the hell did that kid make me go to my car and wait another 10 minutes in line for literally NO reason!?! Obviously Patty can see my stuff is on file… And it’s a freaking pizza place! Trust it’s me, I’m not going to steal someone’s identity and go straight to a pizza place and spend $ 20. Come on! Why the hell is that kid the only one checking ID’s?! Legally I don’t have to show you my ID on a debit card if you want to get technical. But seriously what a waste of time. Patty was pleasant and very quick. They were out of cheese and peppers. Again. But at least I finally got out of there. Just beware if you get the irritating, lazy, texting kid. Have your ID ready because apparently he’s the only one checking them… Otherwise, no pizza for you.

Pizza Hut is good. This pizza hut store is terrible.
The manager Gloria is the most unhelpful argumentative person i have ever had to deal with. She tried to justify why her employee blatantly lied to me about my order.(«he was under a lot of pressure») Instead of apologizing. Service at this location is non existent
From now on im going to have to order from dominoes pizza instead.

To be honest pizza is great. Better than Domino’s in my opinion however every time I ask for cheese and pepper they are out. It almost happens every time. I mean why don’t they just order more?

I usually call in to order and have them deliver. Theyre great for a late night munch. I love their wings wednesdays where wings are just $ 0.50 each. I usually get the garlic parmesan or honey bbq. Both great in ranch.
Theyre fairly decent with their delivery times, and they’re great about doing deliveries even past their closing time. There’s been a few times where I’ve worked late and wanted food after so I would call right before closing (midnight) and they would still deliver it to my door. Props to you guys for doing that! I’ve even made carry-​out orders and picked up past midnight. They dont seem to mind it at all, I guess they get orders like that all the time. Great service if you ask me.

I ordered delivery at 10pm on a Sunday evening and as pleasantly surprised as I was that they still delivery that late on a Sunday, I stupidly ordered from the website. Now when I did this all the time in orange county, it was so easy and convenient but I saw on the reviews for this particular pizza hut they mess up the online orders sometimes. Well our pizza came in about 15 which almost creeped me out but was nice but I asked for pan pizza and they brought me hand tossed! I was so mad. They only reason I chose Pizza Hut was for the pan pizza. Anyway, good service, terrible at online directions!

I usually only order pizza when there’s some sort of deal and I’m too lazy to scavenge for food elsewhere. The $ 10 dinner box is usually the best deal, it comes with 1 topping of your choice pan pizza (more toppings = extra fees), bread and cinnamon sticks.
I’d say going to pick up would be your best option but if you can’t make it to the store they typically deliver within the 45minute wait time. But really, who wants to pay the drivers fee on top of tipping.
Ive sometimes had issues with the Pizza Hut website but when I call them they’re helpful so I’ve never experienced an issue with customer service at this location.
If you want cheese and peppers with your pizza you’re going to have to ask because usually they don’t offer unless you bring it up.
The store is small it’s a pick up your order and go sort of place.
The people who deliver your pizza are generally friendly, never had an issue here.
Pan pizza is my favorite type of pizza so of course I’m biased, I like Pizza Hut!
As a cheese lover I would advise you not to get the extra stuffed crust cheese pizza, I tried it once and thought it was super gross. It left me feeling extra oily and disgusting.

I don’t usually order pizza hut but my friend wanted the stuffed crust pizza. WORST DECISION EVER. First off, our pizza was smash. Then I was happy they came ten mins early but the pizza was light yellow and wasn’t fully cooked. Then, they forgot our ranch we paid a dollar for and thewy were to refund 1 dollar to uys. Lastly, this pizza hut ran out of pepper and cheese. m what is this place can’t call it a pizza parlor

I tried pizza hut for the first and possibly last time.
They mistakenly gave me the breaded wings instead of original wings and it was not only the worst buffalo wings but the worst food I ever ate.
The interior is smelling and is old and dirty as well so that you can stand waiting inside for your food to get ready.
