The worst store in the entire mall the manager on site for May 30 4pm a small Hispanic girl who was rude brazen so uncouth and no knowledge of customer service she refused to accept returns because we lost the receipt and said she’d give us a different shoe size and because she didn’t like how I asked her about store policy she didn’t want to do that according to her mood then not policy she later refused to give her name!!! Calling corporate! Train your employees!!!

The main girl running the store had a horrible case of resting bitch face. They didnt even greet us when we walked in and offered my wife absolutely no help!!!

I’m shocked that this place doesn’t have better reviews. Not a huge selection here for adults. They do have quite a lot of shoes for kids tho it seems. But I love some of the women’s heels. And whaaaaaaaaaaaaat found some heels for $ 15!!! Seriously what a steal. And seemed to be good quality. I just wish they had more sizes in the back or something. Looked like most shoes/​heels were the «only one» left. I asked the chick at the front about a pair of sandals and she said that she didn’t know when they would get more. I guess they get 2 shipments a week. So I’ll be scouting for those sandals in my size!

My gf and i stopped by this store before go to target. We were pretty natural not dressed up because we were just on the way to target. When we just entered, we heard some laughings. When i was looking around my gf pulled over me and we left. After we got out of that store, she told me that they were laughing at her. She said when she stared at them, one of them said «oh she is finally looking at me» WTF? yeah right they were laughing at us because we look little messy. What kind of joke is that?! When i go to other way more expensive stores, they never treated me like that. Then reflection? Wow they just sell crapy shoes that are sold in many other stores too! It is totally insane about their attitude for customers. I think they think themselves as some kinds of high-​end shoe store like manolo blanic or jimmy choo. Hell yeah, right.
