Riverside Appliance

I realize it’s Saturday afternoon and that I wasn’t likely to actually get a refrigerator TODAY, however, it’s not a good sign (nor is it good customer service) to walk into a place, find what you’re looking for and at the price you want just to have the salesman say that there are no deliveries for today (which I expected), and that they are CLOSED on Sundays and Mondays, and their delivery days after that (Tuesday and Wednesday) are BOOKED!
Hard to support local businesses with this kind of inflexibility.

Just wanted to Thank these guys for there service. They did not have the part I needed in stock but they were the only place that I called (I tried every store in my area) that actually referred me to a part supplier that had the part in stock. The salesperson was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and I will be using these guys from now on for anything else I need. He also informed me that they have a huge selection of used components in the back of their warehouse and that’s something that I really will find useful in the future. it’s amazing to find somebody nowadays that actually wants to help somebody not just sell them something. Thanks again

My aunt recently bought a microwave and oven at this store and was happy to be supporting a local business. They came out, measured, and ordered what they thought was an appropriate size to fit in her cabinet space. When the microwave and oven arrived they sent Leonard to install. Upon the completion of installation she questioned how poorly the installation looked. He added in multiple pieces of wood with what looks like caulking or plaster smeared on it and left it for a completed look on cabinetry between the microwave and oven. He told her she needed to get someone else out to come and fix it!!! Ummm no! You are the installer and you need to finish what you started! After he left my aunt decided to call the owner. She called the owner, Mike, and asked him to come out and look at the poor job. He claimed he would contact her when he had an opportunity. Three days passed and she still heard nothing from him. She once again called and asked when he would be coming by. He told her it was a busy time of the year and he was too busy to come out and see what had been done. He said he discussed this matter with his installer and this was the «best» they could do! Well, if that’s the best you can do I would never want you doing anything for me again! See pictures. With an attitude, he offered to give her the money back for the appliances but left her to deal with the installer if she wanted the installation money back. Here she is left with no appliances, extra wood added in with caulking smeared horribly all over it, and the edges of her cabinets ruined. She is also out $ 215.00 for «installation». She is VERY disappointed with her experience with them and will NEVER shop there again!
$ 215 dollars later she has NOTHING to show for it, AND this is what she is left with to fix. AGAIN SEE PICTURES!

I recently purchased new kitchen and laundry appliances to go into my new home. Mike at Riverside Appliance was far more knowledgeable and helpful than any salespeople I had encountered at other stores, and they have great deals on open box and floor model appliances that saved me thousands. In addition, they have the hard-​to find Speed Queen washers and dryers that have good warranties and are extremely reliable. Overall great experience and good follow up with Mike, he is always there if you have any questions.

I found GE slate appliances and called everywhere to see who had them in stock. I spoke with Mike from Riverside Appliance and he was able to get all items I wanted and delivered in a timely fashion. The guys who installed were terrific, handled my appliances like they were installing in their own home, and were very easy to communicate with!!! I ordered the wrong refrigerator, and Mike was on the ball to get a new one that would fit. I highly recommend this company for appliances.

The customer service at this location is amazing. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was just great. I will go here again for appliance purchases!
