Very unprofessional and rude! I made an arrangement to view a property and met Brandi there. She was rushed and kept looking at her watch, was on the phone the whole time and had a cold condescending attitude. We applied for the property anyway, and then she didn’t call me back and went on vacation. When I called her back again, she was very rude, accused me of lying on my application and basically hung up on me. When I told Misty, the owner how I had been treated, she just said «I’m sorry» nothing else. How rude!!!

Very unprofessional! I spoke with the agent on Monday, made an appointment to see a house on the following Wednesday. I explained that my husband has a long commute home, and we would do our best to be at the house by 3pm. She (agent) informed me she could be there til 3:30 for us. My husband rushed home and we made it to the property by 2:45, no sign of the agent. Waited til 3, then i called to see where the agent was. She informed me that she did not show up because i did not call to confirm the appointment. I had just spoken with her two days ago!!! There was no need to confirm! Very unprofessional! And you just lost some potentially good renters! Less than one star.

I have been waiting to see Riverside Property Management on Unilocal and now I am finally able to spread the news. I rarely give 5 stars but this place was amazing! Its very hard to find customer service as helpful and outstanding as Misty Boehmer provides! She really went above and beyond for me and my family and kept my husband and I fully informed every step of the way. I honestly feel like I know enough about real estate now to sell my own home when the time comes, but I will definitely be using their services again. We are extremely satisfied with our experience overall and we got an amazing deal. We Love our new home!
