Decent thin crust east-coast style pizza. These guys have a huge menu though, with all kinds of Italian entrees, pasta dishes, etc. When I showed up to get my pizza, they informed me that they hadn’t seen the ticket and still had to bake it. But they upsized me to an XL pizza to make up for the wait. All in all a good pizza place. Recommended.

Jose makes the best food, I can’t even eat at other restaurants anymore that’s how good he cooks. Have to wait a little when they’re busy but it’s well worth the wait.

A truly outstanding place for wedges(or subs as they call them). Just had one of their subs called The Italiano and it was excellent, the grilled chicken done just right, nice layer of melted mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers and pesto sauce all cuddled in a nicely toasted sub. A really good product that you can tell they take pride in making. Can’t wait to try their pizzas!

The Salad Pizza is delicious, with the vegetables freshly cut just before the pizza is made. I’ve also had the Cheese Pizza and the Veggie Pizza, all great. If you like Frank’s Pizza in Port Chester, you can get the same quality in Riverside, as the food is nearly identical. This has become our local favorite take-out pizza place.

Ordered delivery from here tonight. The food was great. It was delivered quickly and was nice and hot when it arrived. We tried the artisan square pizza and the the NY style. Both were very tasty. Nothing over the top special, but very good tasting pizza. We also ordered a salad and a chicken dish. Both were very good. All the salad ingredients fresh and nicely chopped. The large salad was more than enough to split with the 4 adults eating it. We ordered the small for the Amore chicken it was a a decent portion for one person. This may become my new favorite pizza delivery place.

We order from these guys all the time. They are the best delivery around. Kids get ravioli n pizza. All the wedges n salads are great. They are always prompt and are priced well.

Disappointed! Ordered the artisan square pizza based on Unilocal reviews and thought the pizza was nothing special. Crust was mediocre, toppings just averagel. Don’t understand why it’s so hard to find good pizza in this area.

Pizza reviews in CT are probably the most debated and scrutinized of all the foods. The different styles, Greek vs NY, New Haven, Colony vs Rikkos! Goes on and on and on! I’m not afraid to give proper kudos to proper pizza and this place serves up some proper pizza! Excellent crust, sauce and cheese!

My wife & I were staying at the Hyatt hotel & ordered the Mamma’s Focaccia pizza & garlic knots for lunch. They were both great! We would recommend this restaurant and would order here again once we come back to CT.

This place opened a week ago, replacing Marco Polo, which replaced something else, and something before that. Not sure why nobody lasts here. It’s not a bad location, right on Route 1/Post Rd. Not a lot of parking though. It’s purely a take-out/delivery place for pizza and other Italian dishes, plus a large variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and of course the ever-present burger and fries. They offer 3 pizza styles: traditional(NY), extra thin crust, and«artisan square pizza» which is the one I tried. It’s very good! Nice flavor to the sauce and a good, thin, crispy crust. I was ordering take-out to pick up myself. We ordered their chicken francese and chicken marsala. Both are served over pasta, which we didn’t want, and they asked if we’d like broccoli instead. That was a plus for me. I’ve also found take-out Italian to be swimming in butter/oil(happens to me all the time down the street at Pomodoro), so I asked them to go easy on that, and they did. I’m giving 4 stars not because it’s a fine Italian restaurant, but, for what it is – takeout — they exceeded my expectations. Nicely flavored chicken, not rubbery, good sauce, and the broccoli was lightly steamed to crisp-tender, a real surprise! There are desserts on the menu too; we didn’t try any. I’d be really happy if they offered whole wheat pasta. Since they’re new, maybe they’ll be open to suggestions like that.

Their Artisan Square Pizza is very reminiscent of a type of pizza I’ve only found in certain towns in Northeastern PA(such as The Victory Pig and Pizza Perfect – http://www.yelp.com/biz/pizza-perfect-trucksville). Now that that delicious-tasting pizza is so close to me, my waistline may never be the same! They also serve traditional NY style pizza, but if you want to try something different and special, I highly recommend the Artisan pizza cut in squares like Sicilian-style with a slightly thinner and crispy crust.
