Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary

Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary (SMCM) handled my aunt’s memorial services this past week with the utmost professionalism, sensitivity, and respect. Their execution was flawless, literally.
None of my several phone calls to them throughout the week went unanswered and they coordinated everything (pickup, embalming, cosmetic preparation, life tribute memorial video, viewing service, cemetery graveside service, hearse transport, and death certificates and burial permit) perfectly. Their memorial video was top notch and made for a wonderful conversation piece among my family members throughout the viewing service.
Literally every one of my family members (and friends) attending the memorial services commented on how perfectly the day went and what a great job I did planning everything (which was all thanks to SMCM).
SMCM was not the cheapest (12% more than average), but they were not the most expensive (12% less than another nearby mortuary) either! Given the level of service they provided, the value was incredible, and I’m truly glad I found them considering how important the day and service quality was.
I would engage them again in a heartbeat.
