I wish that I could give more than three stars, but I just can’t. My primary complaint is based on my last three visits, in which I was greatly disturbed by loud talking and laughing in the front and back rooms; including a young chattering child and two adults engaged in a full fledged 20 minute conversation. It totally takes away from the whole relaxation aspect. I think this could easily be resolved if they put a sign before entering into the massage area«NOTALKING» and if anyone is heard talking, they should quickly hush them. Now, on the upside, if I were basing this solely on the massage, I would give five stars to Mary — she is excellent! I will return again because of her, I just hope I can remember to bring ear plugs.

Best deal in town. An hour massage and added treatment for $ 23. Go to happy hour at Islands, cross the street for smiling feet, and then head home for an evening of relaxation. Ask for Mary to set you up with the right therapist.

I was never a believer when it came to massages until I came here. The only reason I even thought of coming here is because my girlfriend recommended that I need one. I felt a knot in my left shoulder the other day and the feeling never went away. So I thought about giving it a shot at the local massage parlor. The receptionist Mary has such a kind, young, and joyful persona about her(she’s really cute too!) Right when I walked in, she already knew it was me who came in for my appointment. I was led into this quiet, peaceful, and tranquil room. I did the full 90 minutes here and boy did it really feel great afterwards! My actual whole body feels relieved and that knot in my shoulder is gone. Now I too, am a believer in massages. Not only my feet were smiling, but my whole body too!

I made an appt for a massage along with my 76 year old mother. we arrive and the lady at the desk asks me to pay first. I stated that I have never paid for a service in advance and asked her why. She stated«You might run». I said«Excuse me?» She repeated herself. I let her know that her practice was offensive and unprofessional, she smiled and stated«Oh well, I no owner». I reminded her that I had been there several times in the past and had never had this experience. She smiled and with a condescending tone stated«Oh, well… bye-bye». DONOTPATRONIZETHISPLACE!!! Arrogant, condescending, and unprofessional!

Great place to de-stress. I have come here several times and am never disappointed. The massage therapists are so knowledgeable and are willing to share what they know if you speak Mandarin.

It’s decent. I did a upper body oil massage for 43 dollars. Not bad but half of the back massage was over a towel, the massage overall was decent. Pressure was great. However private rooms are separated by cloth so you can hear everything so I would recommend head phones.

I go at least once a week to many of the foot massage establishments in the Inland Empire. This one is about average, maybe slightly above average, really nothing bad to say but nothing spectacular either. Good prices and the front receptionist is extremely friendly.

So, a month passes and I decide to try this establishment again as it is close and convenient. My favorite(not) owner/receptionist tells me that«my business is not welcome.» LOL! People, don’t leave an honest review here, or dum-dum will kiss your business goodbye. It is validating to see that others here on Unilocal have been less than thrilled with the customer service here. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau!

My review is for the 60 minute foot reflexology massage. I’m 6 months pregnant and was in desperate need of a good foot massage! After reading such positive reviews I was so excited to try it. The place is definitely clean. And relaxing. And the people there are very nice. I was taken back 5 minutes after my appointment time, which would have been no big deal, except for the fact that they ended at normal time. So I actually got a 55 min massage. They take you in to the back, which is one large room with about 15 tables/beds, so everyone is in the same room. This, too, would have been fine except for when one man started snoring, and another woman started moving her arm which was adorned with 50 bangle bracelets. I was surprised to be asked to lay down on a bed for a foot massage. I was expecting a situation similar to a pedicure. But whatever, I laid down and was covered with a towel. Immediately I was super disappointed. He started with my face!!! Rubbing it all over. So gross. Then my hair and head and neck.(Note to self: DONOT shower and put on makeup beforehand!) Again, this would have been fine, except I was looking forward to a FOOT massage for my aching, pregnant feet! After about 15 minutes of that he moved on to my arms. I was so sad. But my arms ended up being the best part! He used some great pressure and hit some areas that felt so good. Still, after 25 minutes into my now shortened 55 minute massage, there was a max of 30 minutes left for my poor feet. Finally he moved to the end of the table and started my feet. Well, 40% feet, 60% shins/calves. I thought they were focused on reflexology and would be working with pressure points and such. Nah, just a nice rub down. Probably got 10 minutes of feet and 15 of legs. Then he asked me to roll over on to my stomach. Lol, um 6 months pregnant, no can do! So by sheer luck I got an extra 5 min of feet. So for my 60 minute foot massage I actually got about 15 minutes of a nice rub. The place is great and the people are so nice. I’m sure if I was looking for an all over massage I would have been very happy. And the prices can’t be beat. But if you’re pregnant and looking for a good foot massage, this may not be the place.

I found this place a couple of year’s ago and every time I schedule a massage appointment, I leave very happy. I don’t normally stick to one therapist because I find each and everyone to be very professional and respectful. The majority of the time, I get an appointment that suits my schedule. I definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and therapeutic massage.

I’m a college student so I sit in class all day and walk around a lot for my job so I needed to find a massage place that would be able to accommodate my busy schedule and do good foot and body massages. After looking up a bunch of massage places I settled on Smiling Feet. At first I was a bit skeptical about coming after reading the reviews but I’m glad I decided to test it out. First of all, you definitely need to call in for an appointment since they’re pretty busy. When I called I greeted by a friendly voice. Since it was my first time, I asked about the different types of massages that they offer and she answered very professionally. I told her about situation and how my back aches after sitting for an extended amount of time and she recommended the COMBO body massage. When you walk in, the door is a PULL not a PUSH. I embarrassed myself by pushing and I ran into the door. The receptionist, Mary, was really helpful in helping me get out of that debacle. Since I arrived early, I had time to read all the signs and look around the waiting room. It’s a really nice environment with the waterfall sound running in the background and plenty of magazines to read while you’re waiting. There’s also Chinese candy. Be sure to get one they are DELICIOUS. When the masseuse was ready for me, Mary asked me what pressure level I wanted and being the small girl I am I said medium(which is about a 3). She walked me to the chair, asked me if I had any specific areas I wanted to concentrate on, and covered me with a towel in case I got cold. The massage went pretty well, a «3» was a little too hard for me and luckily Mary was walking around checking up on everyone so I let her know and she let my masseuse know that I wanted less pressure. The price of the COMBO was only $ 30 but it was well worth it since other places charge upwards of $ 50 for a body massage. Since I knew I was coming back, I bought the package deal which gives you 6 combo massages for only $ 150. Thank you for making my feet smile, Smiling Feet!

I saw a lot of mixed reviews, but thought I would give it a try with all the overtime I have been working on my feet. I went after work @7:30pm and they could not get me in. I went back the next morning and it was me and one other person. I chose the 90 minute combo at level 3. The middle of the large room is for the $ 2360 minute reflexology. I got a side room. The first part of my massage was clothes on. Feet placed in warm water and lay on comfortable table with sheets. She covers you with a towel. She starts with the face and hits all your pressure points, massaging and rubbing in circles. This includes scalp, ears, checks, forehead, neck. It moves to shoulders, then arms and again all pressure point hit with lots of rubbing. She then cleans your feet and empties the water. A nice foot massage follows, which gets all your toes and pressure points, then a leg massage. Next she tells you to take off your top, including bra and flip over. She closes the curtain and returns a short time later. You leave your shorts on. I left on my sport shorts(I recommend). You lay flat on your stomach, she then oils your back. She does lower the shorts to get good access to your lower back, so don’t worry about a good massage, wear loose clothes. This part was a good 25 minutes. I was sore and sick(sore throat) next day… proving she got out all my bad toxins. A wonderful 90 minute massage for $ 45. It’s not like the top massages you get with day spas that charge two or three times the price. But it is a fabulous, very relaxing, quiet place, peaceful music and a lot pampering for 90 minutes and only costs $ 45. Go in with that in mind and you will love it. I will most definitely return. MAKE A RESERVATION!

3 stars for two reasons. If I could give this place 1 star for lousy(and I mean really lousy) customer service, and 3.5 — 4 for massage, I absolutely would. I called this evening to book an appointment for my husband and myself for next week — the receptionist was completely unaccomodating, very rude and had a very bad attitude. Costumer service and client retention are two of the most important attributes of a business that deals directly with the public, and this receptionist was about as bad as it gets. There needs to be some serious consideration by management for the receptionist positions because it’s clear that people are very disappointed with how they are being treated. As far as my experience with massage there goes, I have had two. The first was absolutely wonderful and the second was not that great — performed by someone who seemed to have no sensitivity for their client. If you’re going to go to this place, expect a possible mixed bag of experiences.
