This store needs all new management. They’re a bunch on morons. They have no idea how to treat their customers. I will never go in there again.

I tried to laminate three sheets of paper and they attendant told me 1 hour. If I had an hour to wait I would of waited. He was very polite and the store was calm and clean. He had too many jobs ahead of me darn. Its also centrally located right off the highway.

It’s okay. Cleaner than the one in Port Chester, but then, most things in CT seem to be. Staff are just as helpful here as they are in PC’s location.

I’m writing specifically about the so called Staples(not so) Easy Rebate. I bought three items from a Staples Presidents Day circular that were«free» with a Staples Easy Rebate. The items consisted of a ream of papers, paper labels and envelopes. The cash outlay was about $ 28. I submitted my rebate on Feb 20 and as of today(March 9) I haven’t heard anything. So I went on the staples chat line where the rep said that I was scheduled to be repaid on 4/17, over a month from now. When I expressed my dismay at the length of time required, he stated for me to look on the rebate form to note a 4 – 6 week wait period.(To me, it looks closer to 8 weeks but who’s counting.) I just report this to warn you that if you’re expecting a response on the shorter end, you could pretty much forget about it. I guess Staples was hoping I’d forget about my $ 28 refund. Who knows … maybe if I didn’t contact them they’d think I’d forgotten and would never return my money. Anyway. I give them only two stars because their«free with easy rebate» will cost you about two months wait time.
