Bad customer service! After calling Starbucks a good amount of times after rudely being hung up on due to the inconsiderate fact that the Starbucks manager thought that I was prank calling I began to become frustrated. Anyone would really if they were trying to get through to someone and the phone was being answered and after asking the question the MANAGEROFTHESTORE, who is supposed to be a responsible problem solver, who thinks outside the box, but I guess not, hangs up the phone for no apparent reason. All I wanted when I called was for my question about how to redeem my ecard to be answered. But unfortunately it was not. Not only was it not answered but I had a rude experience. Don’t call Starbucks because the only response you will get is a rude manager with the idea that you are prank calling. Immature. Get a new manager and maybe this one star review will turn into a 5.

I like the staff here, but wish that they staffed one more person during the rushes. Sometimes my drink can take up to 20 minutes which can really jack up my lunch hour. At the same time, I will likely avoid this place during rush hours.

If You like Shady characters starring at you through the window while truing to steal your info with their hi-tech gadgets and street people constantly coming in and sitting down next to You-then this is the place! from what i heard from several people is they had their phones, Pc’s, Etc. stolen right off the table when they turned their back to go to counter! I will not ever go here again!!!

We went in the drive thru on my birthday, so I could get a free drink with my Starbuck’s rewards card. But when my mom showed the employee my reward to scan, the employee didn’t acknowledge my Starbuck’s reward. So instead of giving us a free drink, we had to pay the full price.

Exceptionally nice, and never delayed. The baristas remember your order, and go out of their way to get to know you. This is one of the best Starbucks in Riverside. They could manage to sweep the floors a little more, and turn the music down a bit. Other than that, this place is convenient and great!

Ever since this particular Starbucks remodeled, something happened to its’ service. Its gotten much slower, at least the drive thur has. I’m better off going to Vons and walking in to the Starbucks.

A wonderful way to start or end your day. They have all manner of food and pastries items which are delicious looking. Come here for your morning Start or an ending to your day. The black tea is wonderful, the green tea is wonderful as well. Give this place a try.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. My warm bagel, I can honestly tell what it was room temperature or warmed at some point. Usually they are so warm I can’t even hold them. I ordered a cold brewed coffee drink and not knowing it automatically came with ice. After I let them know I didn’t want ice in it, they did not offer to remake my drink, simply offered to take the ice out of the cup after it had been watered down. Poor customer service. My iced coffee with milk tasted like it had no milk and after asking for more, it still tasted like a less milk than my drink usually comes with to start off.

This is my go to starbucks location. But after today I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. The place is nice and clean and they recently remodeled the place which looked great. I went to their drive thru ordered my regular drink. Drove to the cashier which she handed me my drink. My drink looked darker than what’s supposed to look. I took a sip and decided to go inside the store itself to have them redo my drink. The lady was very nice and apologized to remake my drink. While she was making it I heard the staff talking about my drink and one of them commented«ewe». I was offended by this commented she made about my drink, I guess she wasn’t aware that the person ordered the drink was just right there hearing their whole conversation. If that barista was in my shoes and someone said«ewe» about their drink I bet she would feel the same way. I hope next time she would be more careful when she makes negative comments like that. It ruins the reputation of the store. I’ll have to think about if I still want to go back to this location.

This small starbucks tries to do it all. Depend on the time of day it can be overloaded with customers or not. I definitely will avoid during rush hours and when the local kids are out of school. other than that they give good service when its quiet.

Quick pit stop before class. Customer service is norm like any other Starbucks but! They were fast on my drinks and it was a quickly in and out of stop. Asked the barista for good frap and she told me to get the white chocolate mocha… definitely got me addicted!

It’s a pretty average Starbucks. The girl who took my order was friendly but the girl who made my drink seemed flustered and rushed. My drink: black coffee with mocha/peppermint was good. There is one large communal table and several(4) small tables inside. There’s lots of seating outside. The wifi connectivity is poor – in the two hours I was there, I got disconnected thrice.

The absolute worst Starbucks in all the land. The staff is terrible and I always feel rushed. The last two visits my order has been wrong and one barista had the audacity to argue with me about what goes into my coffee. I’ve ordered the same thing for the past 6 years! I will now be a loyal customer at Lift Coffee because this place is awful.
