Walked in tonight at 9:35 pm and was told they wouldn’t serve me because they were closing early, their sign says they close at 10pm. I brought that to her attention and she literally said «that’s too bad, we’ve decided to close early tonight» so I said that was fine and I’ll be talking to the store manager about that tomorrow. Most subways are franchised so I’m sure the manager/​potential owner won’t like that and if they’re not franchised I’ll be bringing it up with the regional manager. Especially when she also proceded to direct me to the «jack in the box down the street there» not only did she want to lose business, she directed it elsewhere. I just went to another subway, got there 4 minutes before they closed, and they served me. I’ll be much happier not returning due to lack of service.

I’ve never been to this Subway and most likely never be back. I asked for my usual steak n cheese and my son asked for ham sandwich… when u saw the steak portion I was given I was shocked, sodas were flat so I decided to get tea but to my surprise it was empty. The staff was not what I’m used to, they were not pleasant or friendly, seems they hate their job they had no name tags but reading the other reviews it would matter since management seems to not care…

I will never eat Subway again. Today was just there final straw. The girl behind the counter only whispers, even after we said we couldn’t hear her. We paid for avocado and didn’t get it. The sandwiches were sloppy. There were several flies hovering around. It’s my 3rd time to this location and while I fear for my safety getting in and out of the restaurant, the employees are obviously careless and not held accountable.

Customer service is poor and management is not concerned about quality or service it seems. Their milk was spoiled but not expired which leads me to believe they don’t care about food standards either. I would avoid this Subway unless you need to pick up some drugs or a hooker outside in the parking lot.

Writing this as I eat my sandwich. The lady who served us did it very nonchalantly like she completely hated her job. We asked if the pepper jack cheese tasted well if it wasn’t toasted and she totally ignored us. Upon paying we asked for two cookies and she said that it was too late and she didn’t push the button. What does that even mean? She could have just charged them. That service ruined my experience.

This subway is clean and convenience it shares a building with a Chevron extra mile so you can get your fuel and your sandwich at the same time. O and don’t forget the cookies. Fresh out of the oven white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

Clean, lady making sub, didn’t ask what kind of bread and was very skimpy on veggies… Lady also said I could not upgrade combo to bottle of water.

Excellent new Subway that opened in the last month or two. Have been here a few times and surprised it’s not in the system here yet. Either way it’s located in the same building as the Chevron gas station.
Visits so far have been friendly and the service great. Just be ready for a line of people, as it gets busy during lunch/​dinner hours.
