Really disappointed today with my order. Usually I am satisfied but today I had to do a review. First the cashier was nice and friendly and that is why this place still got some stars. However, when I gave my order I asked for no tomatoes and sour cream on side. It took a while for the cashier to get order right on the register and even told the food makers what I wanted. When I received my order their was no sour cream on side and I had to ask someone for it. Then I noticed I still got tomatoes on my order. Is the order even looked at before clients get food. I did not go back to get it fixed instead I just took out tomatoes. But it might be a while before I come back.

We went there for lunch drive thru the lady was real rude with bad customer service and did knot give us the reciept not tell me how much I was paying for the food when I tried to ask for it she finally talked to me of talked over me real loud have a nice day and shut the window in my face

Living near by we end up at this Taco Bell pretty often. I’ve never had a problem with orders, tacos and burritos are better than the local del taco near by. Consistent, quick, delicious. A+

Can I get a taco with my hot sauce?
We went there today through the drive thru and ordered regular tacos and burritos. We received exactly 67 hot sauce packets of mild sauce, (even though we ordered the medium sauce) and one of the burritos didnt have any beans in it. I opened the burrito wrapper to give it to my child and it looked a little on the small side. I opened up the tortilla and there was only cheese inside. Geez… really? how stupid do you have to be? If a customer orders a bean and cheese burrito, how on earth do you forget ONE of the only TWO ingredients?
Plus EVERY SINGLE taco shell was stale. GROSS!!! How do you guys sleep at night serving your customers stale tacos and shorting them on food that they buy? I’ll be calling the corporate office in the morning to report this disgusting food.
