Ive been there a couple of times and the good thing is that its $ 20 and a $ 5 tip besides that ive walked out of there hurting they dont know massage techniques and ive been pinched or rubbed too hard, its annoying to go get a massage and the muscles dont get worked on or you cant relax because of the cigarette smell. I dont like the fact that they keep stepping away during your massage to go to the kitchen

Not at all what I expected. The chair that reclines is very uncomfortable. You start off facing the chair with your feet in a bucket of warm water. The massage on the shoulders and neck is done sitting in a very uncomfortable position. Then you move to the chair and recline. It’s very odd overall, they don’t ask about the pressure level you want. There is no type of privacy, the front door is open and seems to have young family members hanging out. I won’t be going back. I will stick with happy feet.

Ok check this out, my massage was so bad here, all i thought about during my massage was how bad im gonna write my review on here. The reason im giving this place two stars is becuase last time ive been here my massage was«decent». So this time… right when i walk in i get arranged with a lady… i quickly put my hair up and she gets started on massaging my back, it was okay, i started to feel relaxed. But little baby hairs were getting in her way so she grabbed a hair clip to put up my hair. Umm heck no! I do not know where that damn hair clip has been, the whole time it was in my hair all i was thinking about is, «i hope i dont get lice». When i lay down, she starts massaing my back i felt like i was gonna pass out. She put my elbow so hard, and put too much pressure on my back i did not enjoy it at all. I felt like she rushed the massage, and when it came to my head massage she litterly was pulling my hair and digging her nails in my scalp. I wanted to litterly get up put my shoes on and walk out! But of course i stuck it through, couldn’t wait until it was over. Now i am sooo sore, even worster before i walked in. I feel like i got the shit beat out of me. Scew this place!

I live in Toronto, Canada and frequent NorCal, but dream of visiting my friend in Riverside because I love this place. The Pros: twenty dollar for a 1hr massage, plenty of pressure, lots of attention to back and feet and other areas also get a bit of love. The Cons: it’s a big cold room, you are sitting next to folks you don’t know(get over it). I leave this place relaxed and feeling like a limp noodle. I’m so relaxed that 1hr feels like 2hrs. Highly recommended.

Best deal in town! For the price it’s absolutely worth it. It’s the basic foot reflexology joint. Nothing fancy, clean place. This is My go to massage place.

Great $ 20 massage! You keep your clothes on but it is very deep tissue and always so relaxing. Not nearly as sketchy as it looks from the outside. There is a mandatory $ 5 tip so don’t come without cash or they will be mad at you.

Pretty great for $ 20. I come here quite often and the service is the same each time. I wish we had one where i live now!

DONOTEVERGOHERE!!! BOYCOTTTHISBUSINESS!!! My friend bought a gift card: 6 sessions for $ 100…and only used it one time! She went back today and the owner said it was not valid! She made a complaint and said that she will no longer be coming here and the owner said«I don’t care!»

They currently have a one hour massage for $ 20 promo! Its really good, but you get what you pay for. My massage therapist was amazing! I can’t give her enough credit! However, the place is not the most appealing. I stuck my feet in a bucket lined with a garbage bag with warm water. i feel that the aesthetic of the place needed much more love. The seats are worn out to the point the girls put towels on them to cover the ugly fading. There is also a language barrier… I couldn’t understand what my massage therapist wanted me to do so she would had to repeat several times. I expected more. No private rooms.

Pretty good massage for the 20 bucks you pay. Low cost and good. Would give it 5 stars but the door is always open and it’s not as quiet as it should be. Other than that it’s a great alternative to the big bosses of massage like massage envy.

I NEVERGOBACK! the massage was TERRIBLE. I gave them two chances to redeem themselves. Lets start from the parking lot, your not sure if your cars even safe, there’s so much action going on. As you walk in it says $ 20.00, okay that’s fine… then the owner tells me as I’m paying there’s a mandatory TIP of $ 5.00 for each person now. I’m a good tipper! but I don’t mind tipping more then $ 5.00 but not when the massage was TERRIBLE. As I was getting my massage the front desk was chatting and chatting, the front door was open cause he was to cheap to put the ACON, also allowing loud noises(ambulance, people taking, cigarette smoke, babies crying) huh! I left there more stress then I came in. DON’T GO!!!

I love that this place is so close to my house and for $ 20 hour massage you can’t beat it. I’ve been going here since it opened, but they need to upgrade on new towels, I saw some that were bleached and others that were ripped.

Very upsetting that we always come here, and the lady in the front got upset cause we weren’t able to tip? Now don’t get me wrong, i felt awful cause I only had enough for 2 massages, but it’s like… Does she not pay her workers? Are tips their only income and is it required? I’m the duke of this place for crying out loud! Poor guys… She was very disrespectful and that just made her lose 2 customers. I made it a point to come back and give our massage therapists a tip and told her she was extremely rude and won’t be coming back.

New to the area and over the big box membership place. I’ve been here several times in the past two months. This is definitely the best $ 20 massage. Will continue going here!

WARNING! WARNING! .The man at the front desk was very rude towards my family from out of town when asked for another towel as the one they put on us had a bad odor. And one of the chair had sticky/slimy substance on it. When asked to wipe it down or move to another chair. The man at the front desk got really confrontational with us and said we were complaining. I used to enjoy going there for yrs but after learning they don’t wash the towels they use on your body and they don’t desinfect the chairs in between every customer and the massuse don’t even wash their hands before touching your body. This place is dark and dingy. You can’t really see the amount of dirt and bacteria that is growing there. Imagine touching someone’s feet/skin lord know what that person got going on and then go straight to your neck, shoulders, face, arms etc?.. you get the point. That is so disgusting. Ask them to turn on the lights and you’ll see… We did. WARNING! $ 20 is not worth catching something there… stay away. And they demand a tip. I don’t recommend this filthy place to anyone unless you don’t mind catching something there or laying in someone else’s bacteria.

No. They don’t use oil or lotion! BADBADBAD! $ 20 for hour massage? NO! I’ll drive to oc for $ 20 for a better massage and something I would enjoy. Smokers out in front, smells go inside, no music, loud from front desk phones and chit chatting, and weird parking lot. NEVERGOINGBACK!

The location is convenient for me so I come here often. You get what you pay for. For $ 20 I have no complains about this place. It’s clean and decent. I always make sure to tell the masseuse to go easy and soft which for them means moderate heavy. Make sure to make eye contact with your masseuse and speak slow and clear English and I’m sure your back will survive the experience :)

I was surprised when I walked in on a late Sunday afternoon and found the place almost empty… now I know why! I asked for a masseuse and informed the nice person at the desk that I just wanted a nice relaxing massage. Well the young lady who attacked me must have suffered from a bad marriage and just plain hates men. I think she was trying to break me! Where in the massage manual does it say to use sharp elbows where there isn’t much padding. I have hurt less after 4 quarters of playing football or 9 minutes on a wrestling mat. If I was married to her I would have called 911 to report spousal abuse. I have been to almost all of the foot massage establishments in the Riverside area and this one most definitely ranks at the bottom. I do not think it right to hurt more when I leave than when I came in.
