The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Got my usual, vanilla blended w/​whipped cream. Made in a timely manner and my drink was correct. Score.

Located smack dab in the middle of the Galleria at Tyler in barely Riverside, CBTL is here for all the mall patrons to come get some coffee. For me, I came because it was National Coffee Day, and gosh darn it, I was totally going to get me some coffee for national Coffee Day.
It was a 50% off coffee special and I was confused. What’s the dif between iced hazelnut latte and hazelnut coffee. I don’t even know and I ordered one of them ._​. They were different prices and one of them was 50% off (the other was not). The drink itself was decent, but I didn’t really feel that the hazelnut taste was enough. :(
At least they honor all the other specials and deals that the other CBTLs have! They have a section around that you can sit at, and they have straws and the other things in the back area :3

Always happy to find another CBTL, after so many closures in our area about 6 years back. I am glad they are making a come back. I am a big fan.
This one is centrally located inside the mall now known as Tyler Galleria in Riverside. They have exactly the same menu as any other CBTL and have some places to sit and sip.

So I usually go to Starbucks, but I was in the mall and decided to give it a try. I ordered a ‘grande Soy Café latte’ not even noticing that I said Grande. And was cut off in the middle of my order by a lady, early 30’s with brown hair, rudely says «Grande what is that I dont know what that is» Um ok the tone and attitude was un-​called for. Then she says «we don’t have those sizes here» so she obviously knows what I meant but for some reason took it personal that I accidentally said ‘grande’. She didnt even bother to tell me or show me the sizes after all that. This girl needs a major attitude adjustment, esp working in the mall.

I am a mall employee and I’m so happy coffee bean is in the mall! The employees are always so friendly and helpful!

They are always pretty nice and I love the black tea, I wish there was more stores around, the need to park and go inside the mall to get my fav tea shows that it worth it!
