Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced and no way to escape the line and go inside. There were only three people in the store-should have gone in to begin with. I gave them three stars because the drinks were made correctly in spite of a 15 minute wait.

I give this Starbucks 2 stars because it’s very slow and always packed. Every time I go in I get something wrong in my bag. And I always request something and never get it as little as a receipt. Be prepared to stay in line at the drive thru for a long time and receive the wrong order.

Worst Starbucks ever. Drinks are always wrong. Baristas are rude and pushy. I would rather drive out of my way, than go to this Starbucks.

I stop in this Starbuck’s about once a week, and the people who work here are super nice, and even though it is usually crowded, service is fairly quick. I really like going to a Starbuck’s that is clean, and has great service. I’m easy. :)

I go here all the time, and the employees here are the best — doesn’t matter whether they are working the day or night shift. If there is something wrong with my order like not enough milk or the wrong milk, they will happily fix it. Or if you’re trying a new drink and don’t like it, they will replace it with something else — but of course when they make you a new one they would throw out the drink you don’t like. So don’t even bother to cheat the system. But hey if you want any tips to save money, I got quite a few… If you like an iced café latte, just order a couple of espresso shots with ice and in whatever cup size you want and then get the free complimentary milk or half-and-half that is located off to the side. And since they make their coffee super strong anyway, you could make a cheaper alternative of a hot café latte too by getting a medium roast or dark roast(and if they stop serving a dark roast, get a pour over for that) and then ask for a grande but in a venti cup so you could have all that room to put the free complimentary milk in. And the best part about buying a coffee based drink instead of an espresso drink, there are *refills* which are 50 cents each or free when you are a Starbucks member.

This is the WORST Starbucks in California! I used to manage a Starbucks years ago and back then we prided ourselves on great coffee and great customer service. This Starbucks prides themselves on neither of these. The Batista’s are rude, the drinks are terrible and the store is dirty.

The service in this location is horrible. I often pass by this store to go to other locations with better service I came here twice in the last three days and remember why I stopped coming here. So today I came in and my girl friend and I were joking to see if they could go 3 for 3 in forgetting her breakfast sandwich, sure enough they did and once again it was over a 10 min wait for her sandwich. Once I complained they got around to sticking the sandwich in the oven. So if you are in any kind of hurry skip this location and go to another.

Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point

Service in store was great! Fast and has been in the past. The one thing I didn’t care for, and I can’t blame them, is the wireless plugs for iPhone were all missing! Apparently customers take them! No come on! That’s not right customers! Be considerate of others! I asked and they said no more in back maybe they should order them and keep them in back

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to so far… and unfortunately this is the closet one to my house… wish they would make their teas better and not have a rude and racist manager that kicks people out three hours before closing… if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on customers or other people… quit and find something that will not make you sour… when they first opened and for a while they were great next to my house great service drink were always made perfect… seems like they’re going down hill… now I have to go all the way to pierce or mcKinley to get a good drink and service

Came here today and saw that they had a drive thru. My wife wanted a quick coffee so we decided to get in the drive thru. BIG mistake. The drive thru is soooo slow. We were stuck in it for 20 minutes. And once you are in it you can’t get out of it. Your stuck. Terrible drive thru idea.

Nice location and even though they were super full for the frappé happy hour promotion going on they brought out my drink really fast. We had the two new menu options, caramel for my husband and he loved it and for me the smores which was amazing! A meal in itself, we skipped dinner, and it $ 2.50 for a large a great deal(how it should be really!) One of the best locations in the area, lots of seating, drive through and excellent service!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I have been to a ton of them. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest to my house. Their customer service is mediocre, the drinks usually taste fine. My problem is that nearly every time I go they are out of something! They have been out of venti cups, lids, cake pops, muffins, berries for the refreshers, etc. I seriously consider myself lucky each time I order and they don’t tell me they are out of something. Whoever does their ordering needs to be replaced or trained properly.

Love the free wifi but also love this location. Always so friendly customer service & drinks are always super delicious. Love being a gold member so I get free refills on teas & iced coffee totally love. Plus the panini are so delicious it’s a favorite

Always friendly & very accommodating especially to those who doesn’t know what they want & holding up the lines. I love my 10 scoops of matcha green tea frappachino made with soy milk.
