The Habit Burger Grill

Came at a busy time so that sucked. However customer service did not disappoint. Thought they would take a while for my food but was quick, 5 – 7 minutes at the most after paying. (Thats a good wait time for food).And then they repeat the order for you right when you pick it up to make sure everything is correct. Would come back if the line wasn’t as long. This place doesn’t disappoint. Good to see the area popping up with good places like this.

The second time I have came here. Real good burgers. People that eat in and out burgers you need to come here. To taste what a real burger taste.

I guess I was the last to get on the band wagon! Never heard of this place before and my cousin said they had amazing Hamburgers, better than Five Guys. I got just a regular hamburger and tempura green beens on the side. The hamburger was delicious, very fresh and a good size. The tempura green beens were not so great but maybe because that’s not what they’re known for. I will definitely come back, i’d like to try more on the menu!

Pretty darn good if you ask me. Great customer service and the food was amazing!!! We had the originals charbroiled was on point. If I had fresh strawberry lemonade with cucumbers in it that was pretty refreshing

Love the burgers here! The line can be brutal at times, but that should be indicative of the product.

The teriyaki char is my lyfe!!! And the staff is so nice with cutest off salmon color shirts

This place is located in a very congested area across from the mall. With that said, I’ll drive through it and fight for a parking spot any day for this place! The burgers are stellar and their onion rings are the best I’ve ever had. I’m not exaggerating here, the price and overall experience is great. Sure, the actual restaurant is small and can be hectic finding a seat but every time I’ve come we had no problem finding seats once others left. They have a nice outside patio as well. This has become one of my families go to spots for a casual meal and delicious eats. I recommend to anyone looking for a good burger and doesn’t want In and Out, just something different. Customer service is very good too.

Foods great but how could the service be any slower? The line was very very slow only one cashier only one manager making sandwiches oh well maybe they had some sick calls

The fried green beans are my fave! The burgers are good but nothing out of the ordinary. I honestly only come for the green beans lol

Love the customer service and love the warm welcome. My boyfriend and I go here quiet often.
We like to order his #2 and my grilled chicken combo. The restaurant is on top of being clean. Only down side is he had the milk shake for the first time there more tasted like milk then an actual shake. But everything else is good

Love this new the habit! Food is always excellent and service is always good.
They do get busy around noon so I suggest ordering online ahead of time.

After visiting some friends in Riverside, me and my sister decided to stop by here for a quick hunger fix. We were starving. The total for the bill came out to about $ 23 for 2 Santa Barbara Style hamburgers which included two meat patties, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, and American cheese. I substituted my cheese for Swiss. She got the tempura green beans, which I suggest everyone try if you come here. They are delicious. I got the regular fries, and we also ordered two drinks to wash our food down. They had a strawberry limeade that was pretty stellar.
Overall, I’d recommend ordering the Original Charburger Combo if you want the burger, fries, and a drink. It’s the best bang for your buck, and the Original Charburger is what The Habit specializes in! Not to be negative, but the Santa Barbara Style burger could have used more butter on the bread, and the overall taste of ingredients failed to complement each other. I wasn’t expecting much, but my sister wasn’t too pleased with them and yeah I’ll admit I didn’t taste the avocado that was in the burger. They could’ve added more oil or some kind of seasoning to bring out the flavor. Yeah, I get it we’re not dining at the Counter or anything like that, but I’m just putting in a word of advice for future reference.
Next time, I’ll be ordering the Original Charburger Combo. It’s still a good place to eat.

The habit: clean and modern. If the little bench waiting seat is full (about 4 ppl), and you’ll either have to stand near other ppls tables which is kinda weird and uncomfortable or somewhere near the ordering line, telling all the new customers who inadvertently lined up behind you, to go ahead and order, your just waiting for your food. I got the double char and a steak sandwich with fries. I ate half of each. Here’s my 2 cents.
Steak sandwhich: very little steak, lots of grilled onions. Sourdough bread was OK. BBQ sauce was decent but sparse. Lettuce appeared fresh. Overall C
Double char: meat doesn’t taste seasoned, overly cooked and dry. Bun was okay nothing fancy. Nothing special tbh. Overall C
Fries weren’t fresh like some other joints (in & out) and not as good as McDonald’s fries (only good thing at McDonald’s imo). They weren’t greasy, portion was small. Overall B
Imo… Spend your loot elsewhere and stick with umami burger, in & out, or five guys.

The burgers are good for a cheap price what we hate is the ridiculous long wait. My husband was in line for 15 minutes. The line was to the door and they had two cashiers. As my husband was the second to last person they left one cashier in the front. It seems stupid to do this because the line of people quickly filled up again. Once the line was to the door they brought back a second cashier. They need to speed up their process. I had a headache by the time the food got here because I was so hungry. Not to mention this is riverside and if you dine in, expect to see some ghetto people here.

So two of these restaurants have opened in Riverside in the past couple months. They are awesome! The customer service is great.(however since they are new I am hoping they can keep up the great service.) The staff is more then happy to help you get anything you need, they even came around and asked if I wanted a refill!
The burgers are awesome and it seems like there is a care to assembling the ingredients so that the burger is easy to eat, and tasty!
Definitely coming back!

First time going to a Habit franchise and this is my fav location and my go to for a great veggie burger it’s to die for already been here 3 times this week :-) avocado is only 1 $ extra

Burger was so so my friend got teriyaki burger and thought Carl’s Jr was a better burger
My double char wAs ok but Red Robin is a better deal

I saw all the reviews and was excited to come here. Got their at noon so I understand it was the lunch rush.
Line was almost out the door, only 2 cashiers waited for about 15 minutes before I got my order taken. Set up is kinda weird not much space luckily I found a booth, I notice a lot of people eat in the patio area.
I think it was because it just open but I had a couple of people just stand in front of my booth. It was kinda awkward, food didn’t take long
Food review: onion rings are so good about the only thing I can say was my favorite. Fries had a lot of salt for my taste. The burger bun was crisp on the inside that I like. Overall I wouldn’t say it was the best burger. But the prices are cheap for a fast food set up it was good.
I wouldn’t recommend it as a sit down restaurant more like when you want a quick bite or a to go order.

Within a few months Riverside has gained two The Habit locations and I had great experiences both times!
Service here was great, for the fact that they have only been open a week or so the staff is well trained and the food turned out just as good as at other locations!
Tons of easy parking, bright and clean store with plenty of seating.
I had the cobb salad with ahi and an order of onion rings, perfect.
The kids meal was generous and my son loved it.
My husband had the cobb with tri tip and was satisfied as well.
Prices and portions are fair, good quality and fresh ingredients, worth checking out and great addition to the area!

Omg this is the first time I have been to a habit burger and the very first time I place any type of review and I must say It very much meet my expectations. Upon arriving I was greeted by the cashier and when I asked for burger descriptions I was told the difference in the burgers, I ordered the Santa Barbara burger (which they are know for) excellent choice for anyone who likes avocado. My daughter has a kids grilled cheese and could not shut up about what a great tasting grilled cheese she was having. The onion rings were on point crispy and crunchy. The strawberry+ limeade was so delicious even better when mixed with Sprite. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, for sure we will be coming back again and Is now one of our favorite places to eat
