Sleep Number

I went to this Sleep Number location on the 30^th of August, got great service, I THOUGHT! I did notice they were really into over selling things ie. Sheets, covers, etc. But I was told that the bed could not be picked up by me, and it would be delivered by UPS. I was told I would get an email from UPS about delivery, excited I informed the sales lady i would dismantle my bed in preparation for the following Wednesday, she said good. No email, no phone call, 2 numbers on file, for a week. I called the company on Sept 8^th to find out where my bed was. I was then told that it takes 2 weeks for delivery, but they had no records of my shipment. Customer service assured me they would find out what was going on, and would call me in a couple days. Now the 12^th I get a phone call from the factory of Sleep Number Beds, that they will be shipping my new bed out in 2 to 3 weeks. UPS will send me a confirmation email when they recieve my order. Personally I find this is all a scam. Once they have your money, there is no product. I have just asked 1 question,“Where is my bed?”

Gotta love a place that values their customers! Stopped by wanting information about their beds and I left with that and then some! The sales associate Rachelle, was so friendly and informative about all of the pressure points and support needed for men vs women. We laid out and adjusted until we found the perfect fit for both of us. I appreciated that she wasn’t being pushy or trying to force a sale, the product sells itself! If I’m gonna spend that kind of money I’m going to upgrade to a King size! Definitely going to be the place to purchase from when the time comes! Until then… My sleep number is –100! ;)
