UPDATE April 20, 2015:
After exchanging several texts with Philip he finally agreed that his work was not as agreed via contract.
Philip was kind enough to refund us our money in its entirety so we can move forward with finding another contractor.
Philip apologized numerous times and assured us that this was not the outcome he was hoping for nor is itthe norm for him and his company.
I appreciate Philip’s willingness to work with us and wish him the best with his business.
