Victoria’s Secret

Alright I don’t know what people are talking about… I had an awesome experience today at this location. Firstly, I went into it knowing it was the big semi-​annual sale… so I was expecting it to be a fucking nightmare.
Despite it being crazy busy, I found the staff REALLY helpful and accommodating. Two gals in particular – Agnes and Frances– were multi-​tasking and running back and forth between different customers and were bringing items out of the back out for me to look at. Then when I made my exchanges, even though one item was bought online and I didn’t have the receipt, she called the manager over to override it. That’s customer service. Honestly, this was the best time I have ever had a VS. I had a great day, all in the name of boobs!

This may be the worst of their stores. Never a good experience. Got here at 10 am and bras not in correct bins. Really? No offers to help me, and this is really unusual for a VS store.

I have gone to this store quite a few times, and unfortunately for them, I will never go back. I went in with a coupon, asked if I could use it there, when the employee said yes, I then shopped. Only to find out when I got to the counter, I was told I could not use it in store. Really?! This has happened 3 times now, because I always ask and that is when I shop. Each trip I ask for help, and get passed around from employee to employee because they all seem to be helping someone else. Horrible customer service, employees need to be more knowledgeable and helpful. Nice store, I love Victoria’s Secret, but this is one I will never shop at again.

this is beyond the worst Victoria Secret ever. The employees are rude and have no customer service at check out. As I was in line around 3 people where in front of me and there was only 1 cashier. Then another cashier decides to open up and instead of taking the next customer she starts taking random people that where not in line. That was so upsetting, whats the point of standing in line then… After that the associate who rang me up just started scanning didn’t speak a work to me but told me my total and handed me my bag. i swear that’s the last time i shop there. i rather take a drive to oak brook to avoid that horrible store.

This store is ok. Everything is neatly displayed, easy to find. Nothing stands out about this location. No one greeted or approached me, however. The lines take longer than they should. I think that today must have been payment due day because everyone in line ahead and behind me were in line just o pay their bill, none had purchases to be made.
One thing that I have to note about Victoria’s Secret in general is that I am sadly disappointed in the staff that they hire. Most of them do not look like they belong behind the counters. I’m not asking for drop dead beauties, but seriously, spend a little bit of time to make yourselves presentable. I’m old school and think that good grooming, lipstick, polish should be requirements. Victoria’s Secret employees should exude a bit of sex appeal not like they just got out of bed.
