Love the food! My only complaint is sometimes it takes a while I’ve ordered online for a certain pick up time and on multiple occasions they don’t even start making it until that time but overall good place good food friendly people.

Their wings are great, but their fries taste off!!!
Their service is so sllooooowwwwwwww! it took over 30 minutes to get my order and the place had like 5 people in here.

Love their bone in wings! The only bad thing I would have to say is the wait was about 10 – 15 min which I didn’t mind as much. Friendly people busy as always.

Ordered my food on the app. Said it would be ready 30 minutes later. I came in 45 later on my way to work and they hadn’t even started my order! I couldn’t wait or I’d be late for work! So I asked for a refund and no body knew how to give me one. I was late for work, didn’t get to eat and I’m out 15 $. AVOID! Tried to get a refund the next day and no one could help. Everyone was super rude and ditzy as hell. AVOID AVOID AVOID Try Hotlanta across the street instead.

It’s a good place to go have wings and fries. It’s better prices than Buffalo Wild Wings but not the same atmosphere.

They expanded! Way better, double the size of the restaurant! Fast service! Travis is fast, efficient, And polite. It’$ Monday night football, and the wings are flying!

I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for this place. Probably because I’m torn between wanting to rave about the wings and totally pan the customer service.
Wingstop is probably one of the best wings places around. The wings are just the right size and are often cooked perfectly with just the right amount of sauce or seasoning. My go-​to flavors are usually the garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper, but recently I’ve discovered the Louisiana dry rub and it is heaven! I often order this with several sides of their homemade ranch dressing and homemade blue cheese dressing. On occasion, I order the large size which is about a pound and use it as a regular condiment at home. The wings, without a doubt, deserves five stars.
The service is an entirely different story and is probably the reason I’ve skipped writing this review for so long. First let’s talk about this iPhone app. If you order from the app you have to add at least 20 minutes to the pick up time. It has taken up to 45 minutes to get my order. If you call for the same style order, it will be ready in 13 minutes. Why the discrepancy? Not to mention that every time I’ve gone in there waiting for an online or app order, it has never been ready on time. Now, the problem with calling and placing your order is that I can rarely understand the person on the other end of the phone. I am sometimes wondering if they’re even speaking English because their enunciation is so poor. I mean, come on! Ordering on the phone is bad enough without having to ask to repeat things over and over.
Overall, great food, but be prepared for a wait.

I think I am a bit addicted to their wings… especially the Spicy Korean BBQ and Garlic Parmesan :) If you’re in a mood of having some meaty junk food. This is the place: P

We are fans of wingstop… just not this location. We live across the street and have been to this location 3 times. Fries are always WAY to salty. Wings are extremely greesy. We tried three times thinking it was just a bad day. But all 3 orders were the same. Wings were sitting in a pool of greese and fries so salty we couldn’t eat them. We will continue to order from the Wingstop near my job. We give up on this location.

Nice experience first time at this location. One of the girls at the register recommended the Louisiana Rub wings they were decent. Service was cool and nice size eating area. Customer service could be a lot better at least smile. Very dry customer service.

Even though I generally do love Wingstop, this particular one always manages to mess up my order. Make sure you always check everything you ordered! Idk why but they always cut me short on the amount of wings I order, smh. Although the wings are still bomb… I give them that.

Don’t order on the Internet!!! They won’t let you use a coupon when you get there!!! I guess the employees can’t figure out how to input a coupon. Some kind of technology that is supposed to make things more efficient apparently is not working very well. We’ve ordered many times and have spread the word that the wings taste good but at that price it better taste good! Eh guess I won’t be returning and if a company for online orders can’t be clear to let customers know that you can’t enter a coupon code online and does not state that you can’t use it at the restaurant then guess they don’t need or want our business anyway. Thank goodness I actually live by a WingStreet. Too bad I was in the area and had to experience this. Unfortunately they don’t care or value their customers.

I LOVEEEEE WINGSTOP. The only thing is that the dining area needs to be maintained & cleaned every 15 or so minutes and they’re a little slow at that. :)

This Wing stop is small inside but they have tvs in every direction perfect to watch any sport while enjoying your tasty wings. The wings take some time to come out but once you take a bite you understand why additional sauce and $.75 which is not a bad deal for a good cup of sauce I’ve always like this place better than most other wing chains. The customer service has never been a issue here. This store is a little hidden but I sure hope it stays it’s local for me

Thank you for calling wing stop. Can I put you on hold for a minute? 10 + minutes later I get hung up on. I called right back and the guy that answers acts like I’m inconveniencing him.
You just expanded the dining room, get it together. Put a help wanted sign in the window or something.

I love Wingstop in general.
My concern particularly here for this location is that staff should really check all orders whether an order has been placed or been recently placed or in works.
They have about 4 – 6 people working, I know they can get it right. They do have a location for pick ups. If someone is waiting in person for their order after being told it’s going to be ready in a few minutes, make sure it is, make sure if the customer has been helped or has yet to receive the order they need to pick up.
I say, check all customers and their status. If it looks they haven’t been helped, and already been, still ask anyways because you don’t know if that customer is still waiting for their order, don’t just forget. (That’s what frustrates me).
You can have many other places have so many orders to take care of, but I know they there are places that can still get their jobs done.

Unlike the Wing Stop near my house; these wings have flavor TO THE BONE. I got Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parm and Original Hot bone-​in wings. The Coleslaw was fresh with sweet juicy crunchy cabbage. We sat outside next to the fountain while we ate; making a relaxing, satisfying and filling lunch.
I would have given 5 Stars, but I set my timer after I ordered so I could hold our table outside. I came in after my alarm went off was just glanced at while taking orders (it wasn’t busy) instead of saying «it’s not ready yet, or just a little longer» and 2 guys were looking over her shoulder as she took orders… Perhaps they could have said something.
