If you want your order to be incorrect this is the place for you. Every single time I come here they forget to give me part of my order.

The staff is friendly here and every time I’ve come through, my order has been right on the money(I’m super picky so it’s hard for places to get it right sometimes). That said, I don’t love the food. I like the food. The croissants are pretty good(I always get the Veggie Avocado on a croissant). The cream cheese brownie I had was tasty, but a little too crumbly/dry for my liking. The cream of broccoli soup was my biggest issue. It is possible to overcook broccoli and this soup just tasted like something out of a can. And because some of the food is just so so, it always ends up feeling like I overpaid.

I guess we’re lucky because we live fairly close to Kneaders and like it. The good has always been good, I like the Pannini sandwiches and pie for dessert. The staff is pleasant. I enjoy the fireplace in their sitting area too.

Oh Kneaders on 134th, how I’ve meant to review you for YEARS. Oh how many — many — times you’ve *royally* screwed up(read: completely ruined) our smoothies! Long since lost being worth wading into the gory details. But for a restaurant that’s typically pretty great, we’ve long since stopped going here except for the occasional craving or meeting other people. Oh and being out of stuff when you drive here and order — gets old. A distant second to messing up orders.

You will be HANGRY. Food quality — 4 stars Service — NEGATIVE1 stars Overall rating — 3 stars Kneaders is a popular restaurant that has good, relatively healthy food. You can tell by how busy this location is. It is very busy. You will have to wait for your food. It will make you upset because you are HANGRY. You want that delicious food, and you can’t have it, or the guys behind the counter forgot something you ordered. Yes, you will be HANGRY. My review used to be a 1 star because the wait and the missed items were that bad. But then I ate the French toast. And I didn’t have to wait forever to get it. This one experience was worth two whole stars. Keep it up, Kneaders, and you may just get to nafinity stars.(Which on Unilocal equals 5 stars.)

Love Kneader’s my only pet peeve is they don’t have anything spicy to go with eggs on the breakfast menu. There was tabasco, or Cholula available. The greek omelette would’ve been complete with a little splash of Tabasco!

Love the sandwiches. Favorites are tuna on rye or a croissant and turkey with cranberry on a croissant. Love the fresh bread and the bakery goods. Great soups. Convenient drive-thru. Service has always been efficient. We live near the Herriman location but also use the South Jordan location. My husband enjoys the French Dip and loves the French bagette. It’s a winner for a good lunch or light dinner. One of these days I’m going to drive up and pick up a breakfast sandwich. Those sound delicious.

They didn’t have caesar dressing for their Caesar salad. Every time I come to the place they are out of something. No bread bowls ect. Plus I wrote this as I waited for my food.

Worst customer service I have ever received! I had 2 catering orders ready for a Saturday, and it was a complete disaster!!! To start if off they were over an hour late and we had to work our butts off staying in contact with them the whole time to even get the food there. When it finally did show up all they had brought us was bread for a sandwhich patter. No meat, Cheese or veggies. Just bread. After they left the first location, they were suppose to take the second catering order to the second location. They never even showed up to the second location!!! The Diver started ignoring our phone calls, and we could not get in touch with anyone at the location either. I will never cater from them again.

I Love Kneaders. But this location is the absolute worst! I ordered a chai latte and a brownie and I stood at the drive thru front window for about 15 min after I paid. So ridiculous! It shouldn’t take that long to get those things. And to top it off the girl that handed me the brownie accidentally dropped the bag and landed on the floor. Didn’t even say sorry or handed me a new one. Worst costumer service.

My wife and I love kneaders, its delicious. This particular location, SUCKS! I have been twice and the first time, the service took forever but I dealt with it, the second time(just the other night) SOOOSLOOOW and ridiculous. I do understand that fresh, real food takes longer than gross fast food, but c’mon, you make salads, sandwiches and scoop already made soup into cups. I ordered in the drive thru, waited over 10 minutes to get to the window and still waited almost 10 minutes to get a sandwich, Does it REALLY take that long? Then I realized I forgot to order something so I parked and went in, I ordered a panini, was told the panini maker was broken, it has been for awhile, but they can grill it. Okay, cool. you’re a restaurant that sells panini’s fix the panini maker, but it literally took 15 minutes to make it. Seriously so slow and ridiculous, it doesn’t take that long and it shouldn’t. I officially hate this location and its broken machines and slow service, for the $ 17 I could have made myself and my neighbors sandwiches in half the time.

I like kneaders. I really do. But this location has something clearly wrong. We are weekly regulars at kneaders and recently moved to Herriman. And our past six or seven visits have been extremely disappointing. The food quality is much lower than what we’ve come to expect from every other location. The service is slow and they’re always out of just about anything you want to order. The employees don’t seem happy to serve you and a few times we were treated like we were inconveniencing them. Like they had other things to do than take our money. I thought maybe we just had inflated expectations but it became the norm so we sent a complaint through Facebook. The response was friendly but didn’t offer any solution. Rather we were just told to email a feedback address about our experience. So when I finally decided to just leave an online review I felt somewhat validated when I read several others have had the same experience. It’s really unfortunate because we really really like all the other kneaders locations we’ve been to. Tonight I tried to order pumpkin cheesecake since the sign near the door said very clearly that all your pumpkin favorites are back and specifically mentions cheesecake. But no luck. That’s not available until November.

What a terrible experience. Waited 15 minutes to order. 35 minutes for my food. Finally I went to ask about my food and I was told they called my name but I didn’t answer so she set it aside. The young lady was calling the names from behind the counter where you can not hear from the dining area. Ordered my sandwich without onions and it came out loaded with them. The garbage cans were so over loaded that people were stacking their garbage on the tables. The sitting area was terrible with garbage all over the floors and the tables had not been wiped down since breakfast. I had to wipe the maple syrup off of mine. I doubt I will go back. Plenty of food options in the area now.

The prices they have posted are incorrect. What you pay is not what the menu advertises, and it’s been like this for long enough it should be corrected by now. Service times are often horrible, and forget coming in during the afternoon if you want to do more than stand around waiting for someone to even be able to help you. It seems like they don’t staff enough people to serve their drive-thru and front counter at the same time. Drive-thru is also a pain. Whenever I’ve used it the person taking my order has asked me they’ll be with me in a moment. I’ve never had this problem before. As others have mentioned, they run out of things constantly. Their sourdough bread is one example.

Love the lobster roll, the made to order breakfast sandwiches and the ambiance. Yes, you may wait in line, but it’s always quality fast food and it can feel healthy even though it isn’t. I always vote for kneaders for breakfast over any other fast food place in Herriman. Who can beat cinnamon french toast all you can eat? Go on mother’s or father’s day and it’s free!

Come any time of day, any day of the week and you will wait… And wait… And wait. It’s not because they’re always busy, but rather, extremely mis-managed. Honestly, you’re making sandwiches, what is the deal? It’s hard for me to mention the average food because of the waiting.

Clearly Kneaders has delicious food. I’ve never been to any other location so I don’t have anything to compare it to. My only gripe about this location in particular is not with their food, but with their food availability and speed. I wait the 15 – 20 drive through times because their good is good, however unfortunately I’ve always had to have a back dish to choose from. They are ALWAYS out of something you want, always. It’s frustrating because you would thing first or second time it was a fluke but unfortunately it’s consistent. If you can stand long wait times(not to mention their high prices) no matter what you get will be good… but just be ready to order something different than what you intended.

Worst Kneaders I have ever been to. The only thing consistent about this place is that they will be out of whatever you want to order. When you finally find something that they do have the wait can be 20+ minutes I wish that this only happen once or twice but it has been the same bad experience 5 times in a row.

This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere. But that is true for pretty much everything in the Riverton area. This store is really a restaurant first and a bakery second with a dash of cutesy knickknacks thrown in for good measure. Maybe to take score off that eager scrap booker. I personally could do with out the wrapping paper and little crafty projects the sell as home décor. But then again I’ve never scrap-booked either.(Is that a verb?) For food they have salads, sandwiches, and soup. There are lots of pastries to choose from. Most look okay but you really wouldn’t go here for a cupcake or anything. They don’t have cupcakes by the way. They sell fruit tarts and cream puffs, and cookies, etc. The salads are actually very good. The soup is at best mediocre. They also sell soup and salad by the gallon if you need that much. They actually shine at catering and you will probably be very satisfied with the results. I’ve used catering before ans was happy. They bake their own bread and rolls with good results. It always tastes fresh. The variety of bread types is very good for either buying a loaf or a sandwich.
