Walmart Supercenter

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation they said would only take an hour & a half but waited for two hours instead. I worked for Walmart at the auto center they don’t check much and they have a pit floor so all you do is drive through the bay doors. Auto center sucks and they need better techs

This Walmart is always clean. Well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful when available. Most importantly, they’re always willing to resolve complaints and replace bad merchandise with little hassle, even without a receipt.
To Unilocal reviewers– While I’m not a fan of all Walmart policies, this is not a forum to dole out ridiculously sharp criticism over proverbially «spilt milk» this is a very large store and it handles a proportionate amount of operational and service problems, but over all this location is managed well and they should be recognized for that.
Try not to be so harsh and be considerate of the business overall rather than one single negative aspect. How would you score as an employee of you were only rated based on your worst performances. No one is perfect.

Open all night the night before my nieces big day. There is a Walmart on every corner in Utah. People enjoy shopping here. It’s a convenient, no frill store that has cheap Chinese goods. It saved our live when we needed an extra suitcase. We ran into the store and were in and out in minutes.
I find the check out lines to be very long and one has time to check out the trade rags. It’s just standing in line with all the interesting people that becomes a challenge. Smiling works wonders and Utah people are very nice.

As always, you enter here and can find low quality versions of everything you’re looking for in one place. The only downside is you have to pay with a small piece of your soul… but considering I’m already in soul overdraft I just keep tacking it on.

I purchased a salad dressing from this location this morning. When I took it work to open it (same day) I happened to notice it had expired 9÷28÷14 (5 months ago), today is 2÷5÷15. This was a dressing from the regrigerated section, and contained both milk and eggs. Ingesting this could clearly make someone extremely sick. I will not be returning to this location and will avoid Walmart as a whole from now on.

This is just a typical WalMart… there’s nothing much else to say about it. So if you’re used to shopping at WalMart then you will feel right at home here.

I love Wal-​Mart but this is the first one I’ve been at that can’t seem to get it together. They are always (literally always) out of stock. It’s just not being run well. Even though this is closer I’ve stopped going in favor of Riverton or the 98^th Street grocery location.

I love this Walmart. It’s always clean and the workers are always helpful.
I love the pharmacy here. The lines are never long and the staff is always very friendly.

It’s Wal-​Mart. You know, that place that everyone goes eventually if you haven’t been good in this world. But for where I live in Riverton, grocery stores do not come a dime a dozen, you’ve got Harmon’s, you’ve got Wal-​Mart, I’m a patron of both.
Now getting there if you are coming down 3600 W can take some due to the intersection with 13 400 South. I swear it is the slowest traffic light in the whole of Salt Lake County. You can sit there long enough at times that you could translate all 972 texts of the Dead Sea Scrolls before it changes to green.
I have to be honest, this is pretty good store. It has a good grocery section with a very wide selection. I’m not a big fan of Wal-​Mart produce, though I will admit you can actually find some fairly decent meat here. As far as packaged products go though, there’s really no where that can beat Wal-​Mart prices in Riverton. Other departments in the store are pretty much what you would expect, nothing special, but adequate all the same with good selection.
I try to avoid this store on Saturday’s, it’s just too busy, and I am not one who enjoys waiting in checkout lines. For the most part service is pretty reasonable and helpful here, like most places these days, it’s luck of the draw.
